The ability to automatically offer a guest an extended discounted stay or early check-in/check-in if it is available. Currently I do that through Lynx but it doesn't update the reservations in Hostfully nor does it update my cleaning crew. Would be very helpful and allow for a lot of extra upselling!

Yes! This is critical to my business. The number of upsells we convert from these automated messages is sorely missed from my previous PMS, Guesty.
Rule: If there is x number of days available before check in send message x number of days prior to arrival
Rule: If there is x number of days available after check out, send message x number of days prior to departure
Additional features for complex conditions:
If the guest is staying min x numbers of days send this message
This is such a powerful feature for occupancy management that it should be standard.
