Pre Arrival Form -only ask for either Government ID or Passport
I see the the form has been updated so it can be customized. However it now asks for both the ID and the Passport of the guest. We only require one of these. I have been getting pushback from guests who do not have a passport. Please remove one of or combine these fields.

This has been completed. The form now only refers to government IDs, whether they are a passport or any other official government ID. This should remove the confusion associated with mentioning passports.

If they put NA, it will go through. Maybe you can include that in the instructions to help them

VERY CRITICAL AND URGENT!!! Many of my guests do not have passports. Please change this option so we can require Government ID without forcing it to be a passport. Thanks!

This is urgent! I want to require guests to provide an ID, but had to make that field optional because people may not have a passport. Even if they do, I don't want or need it. I just want some government issued ID. Zero people have provided an ID since it's optional and I don't feel like I can go back and ask them for it since I said it was optional.

This is very much needed! My guests are always responding with "I don't have a passport".. Having an copy of a DL or state issued ID is very much needed..
