Bulk edit the price and min stay per night
So we can now view the price and minimum stay per night in the new calendar beta. Great! But can we edit it for one or multiple properties at once?
YES! This is coming in our 2nd version of the new Central Calendar !
The feature is now available in beta and will be available to all users very shortly.

Hi Team, we have some PMs asking if we know an estimated date. Even though we shared the information above (The feature is now available in beta and will be available to all users very shortly.) they came back asking the following: " I understand it will be available soon. Any idea how soon? Thank you!"

Currently the process of changing the prices is very long -
1. User notices unsold inventory on the calendar.
2. Goes to Properties,
3. searches and selects Property
4. Goes to the Pricing tab.
5. Selects dates
6. Makes changes in the popup 'Select your daily Rate' and SavesIt would be helpful if it was like Airbnb interface.
Suggestion- Hostfully can create a TOGGLE on top of the calendar which switches the Calendar from 'Current Reservation Mode' to 'Pricing Mode', so dates can be selected and prices can be changed, right from the calendar.

Do we have a timeline for the "2nd version of the new Central Calendar"?

To keep from cluttering the page to much once you highlight the dates add a tab next to "new", "on hold", "booked", and "blocked" that says edit pricing. This seems like the easiest way and to also keep the calendar decluttered.

It would also be incredibly useful to be able to update the check in/out restrictions for certain dates across the entire portfolio at once.

It would be nice to be able to edit calendar settings (ie: no check in allowed, nightly minimums, etc) in the central calendar. Currently, you have to go into the property level and edit that information on pricing. But it's really cumbersome when you have to do it that way when you're trying to make adjustments on multiple properties frequently. We do this during big holiday seasons as we fill up, we have to block check ins/outs on certain days to help stack the calendar for our turnover crews.

We have the ability to duplicate a property easily. I would like to see the ability to bulk increase/decrease the price of the newly duplicated property. For example, if I duplicate a property in the pricing tab, I should have the ability to adjust the pricing of the second unit based off of the original price of the first unit. This allows me to dynamically price the original unit and test increases or decreases in price and play with other variables such as length of stay discounts etc.

Thank you for the idea! We will review this further when working on the pricing functionality of our product. At this time, we don't have it on our short term road map as we focusing on other areas of the product. Once we have more information we'll post an update here.

This is extremely important, and it is a major pain point for whoever is not using a dynamic pricing 3rd party tool.

Would be helpful if you could edit multiple calendars at the same time, for example when having properties with similar rates on certain seasons:
Current rates
Property 1: $100 USD
Property 2: $100 USD
Property 3: $100 USDDate Period: May 1 - 15
Increase %
Decrease %
Set fixed rate
