Make more variables work for trigger "New Message in Inbox"
As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].
At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

I agree with all comments. It is to also be noted that even the 2 variables mentioned (see below), are not an option in the list of variables for SMS as your video suggests.
It is not available on Whatsapp either. Only Email.
More variables are needed as suggested by others. Or push notifications which at the moment do not work for 'Associate' team member needs to be activated. Push notifications are currently not working

PMs get new inbox message notifications from different channels. It would be great to be able to select which channels you want to have Hostfully send these notifications for.

Also, it would be great if there is a condition for different channels for this trigger. For example, I only want to receive a notification when a new message is in the Inbox from the direct booking site.
