Pet Fee per pet for Channels (not Direct Bookings)
Be able to charge per pet on the other channels

Airbnb now has the ability to charge for pets upon booking on a per pet per night basis. We can set this in airbnb but because it is not an option in hostfully the setting gets overidden. This needs to be in the dropdown for airbnb unit type for the fee.
