  3. Checkout instruction on Airbnb kept being updated as blank upon syncing.

    It's a new feature on Airbnb and Hostfully hasn't supported it yet via API (Airbnb PUT /listings.checkouttasks). Instead, Hostfully sends NULL by default, which overrides the updates on Airbnb UI.

  4. your system really needs to have a separate "space" ,neighborhood,and other listing description categories that is for only VRBO to grab from so we can just have a condensed version of our main listing description categories so we can keep under their stupid 10k total character limit.

  5. with the new direct booking site, your design uses almost the entire page for a map, and it frankly just does not look good, and in our opinion is not a good use of space.
    I would like to request the ability to modify the layout so the map is not as prominent as it is? Has anyone else commented on this?

  7. When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

  9. At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.

    I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.

  10. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

  11. I want to be able to later report on what parts of the country guests are coming from so that I can then spend $ on ads in those areas. (this won’t work for Airbnb bookings)

  17. Using a channel manager has made things for difficult for me. I now have to handle security deposits, rejected payments, credit card fraud issues, collect- file - pay occupancy tax etc. All this was done by VRBO before I had a channel manager. Can you please get an arrangement with VRBO like you do with Airbnb that they will still provide those services even though we are using you.

  18. I want to block off dates on some channels didn't know if I could choose specific channels.
    For instance, NYE is a big night for us, I would love to only allow direct bookings to book vs all channels...especially the ones where we have to pay such commissions on.

  19. Allow setting custom rules on VRBO. Currently no custom rule settings push to the VRBO listing and if rules are entered on VRBO instead, Hostfully overrides the changes and deletes them. VRBO is now charging hosts that cancel bookings due to rule or local regulation violations and we cannot enforce rules that are not communicated to guests. We have incurred $400 in fees this week due to this issue.
