  1. When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.

    At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.

  3. Since Taxes are managed by Booking.com, sometimes we don't acknowledge it until reading the article. It'd be great to have a note stating "Booking.com will not take any taxes out until you set them up with Booking.com" so It can be better informative.

  4. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  7. I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.

    Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
    How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.

    Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

  10. Under Properties > Photo tab, I want to assign multiple photos to specific rooms so that when guests click on the main photo for the "Where You'll Sleep" section on Airbnb, they'll be taken to a page with all the photos relating to that room.

  11. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  16. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

    Thank you for suggesting. We highly suggest that you reach out to Riparide and ask them to integrate with Hostfully using our open API.

  18. Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

  19. At the moment, only rooms with beds are listed under “Where you’ll sleep“ on Airbnb, even if you assign a photo to a room that does not have beds, the photo will not be shown in the “Where you’ll sleep“ section.

    However, if the listing wasn't connected to Hostfully, everything can be set on Airbnb normally. Living rooms which don't have beds still can show photos. The living room photos now disappears upon connecting with Hostfully.

    We need you to support showing photos in Where you'll sleep section even when the room doesn't have beds
