Check box "Send copy to Agency" for custom templates
The check box "Send copy to Agency" in custom templates like the one in system template is for control purpose, we always do send a copy to the agency.
This is because (as you are aware of) the toggle function is not working well and we need to know when and if a template has been send (automatically and manually). It’s our work process at the moment. Also once in a while the connection we have via Outlook got a token error.
This is also a check when we don’t receive a email send into our Outlook Inbox.

Add conditions of IF (a) THEN send (a') template
We'd love to have to create a template and then a trigger for that template using if / then condition.
Example - IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

Turn off notification for job accepted and completed
when Service Providers accept and mark the job complete, the system sends me a notification email.

Add Complex Trigger for After Quote is sent OR Lead is closed
We do a lot of quotes from direct bookings. It would be great to set a trigger that activates after a quote is sent. This way we can use it to automatically send a follow-up message to a quote.
Additionally if a lead is closed (or automatic lead close time option is added!) it would be great to send a final message by a trigger that is based on a closed lead!

An auto message for after hours to respond to guests. Basically letting guests know that I will respond to their message the following day.

Edit font in message templates
Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

Re-add scheduled emails which have previously been deleted
It would certainly be a handy feature if you could re-add scheduled emails. For example for us, I believe a reason one of the team may have deleted them previously is we were mid-transition into using Hostfully and we didn't want messages going out twice. I'm sure it would useful as well as circumstances can change in which information a guest needs and so it would be helpful to be able to re-add auto messages/emails.

I would like to have the option "Send Pre-arrival form reminder" hidden on Pipeline when my guest already submitted the form.

Add reservation/guest identifier to failed payment system template
As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.
I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

Add Pets as a Complex Condition in Messaging Triggers
You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.
It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

Adding a complex condition to the triggers for last minute bookings. So, Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.
For last minute bookings, we send out additional documentation to verify the guest. I would like to have this sent automatically upon booking by adding complex trigger to say Booking confirmed-> when booking starts within _____ days/hours.

Message Variable - Decide how the variable show should
Every time that I send out a message template and I don't have the custom variable filled out in the area, it will populate with this: [$INSTAGRAM$].
I want if there wasn't a variable inserted, you could default it to nothing. This is a feature request that I have, please3 votes -
Sample Message Flow
I'd like to be able to see exactly what my messages are going to look like to my guest. A "sample" function in templates and triggers would be helpful here, either just for individual messages or with a "complex condition" where I could say "guest books x-property..." and then see ALL the automated messages that would go out to that guest in the order they'd be sent, with all the variables filled with mock information or information I could provide in that complex condition.

Add triggers related to check in and check out times
Adding the ability to send warnings to teams when check out and check in times are not between certain working hours, for example somebody checking in at 22:00 would need special care from the team, thus a notification to their whatsapp a couple of hours from the checkin will be very useful and may prevent problems with the guest

Create condition "Job type" for trigger event "Job created"
I'd like to have a trigger fired a Job notification to an assigned service provider based on the Job type when there's a Job created.
In other words, I'd like to have 1 more condition for Job created trigger which "Job type".
And I want all service providers' jobs to be populated under that category.

Handle messaging for TripAdvisor channel
At the moment, leads from TA are imported by iCal. And iCal leads are considered as blocks so triggers don't work at all.
It would be much appreciated if we can communicate with TA leads from iCal.

Free the DATA!! Leverage "Complex Conditions" to access all relevant data fields. Add # of guests and others
The Complex Conditions could simplify the entire Workflow Trigger process. This one area could handle all current trigger settings. And at a minimum, it should handle triggers for #s of guests, # of Nights, and Average Rent.
Additionally, leveraging the existing "Complex Conditions" model to nearly all fields lead/reservations could be exposed with trigger AND & OR logic. Opening additional data fields and Creating this simple tool allows full utilization of our data to increase our income and guest experience.
