While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.

  2. When a guest changes houses within their reservation the original owner should be notified of the cancellation and the the new owner should be notified of the booking.

  9. You can require the booking guest's age on the pre-arrival form. However, that data does not populate anywhere. Without having to create a custom field for this, please make it so that the age will populate in the lead details. Otherwise, what is the point of having that field and making it required?

  10. Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  12. When we need to transfer a guest’s reservation to a new location, it would be much more efficient if all the relevant information for the new place was sent automatically. Right now, we have to manually find and send everything, which takes up a lot of time. It would be great if, when a reservation is moved—whether before or after it begins—it could be treated like a new or last-minute reservation, and the check-in info could be automatically sent to the guest.

  14. In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.

    On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.

    See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"

  17. I should be able to send different messages to last minute bookings so they don't get an all messages a at once. I should be able to exclude last minute bookings from the other messages.

  19. Often, the formatting of messages when sent to Airbnb and Vrbo goes awry. Especially for Airbnb, it seems to add a bunch of line spaces between paragraphs and makes the messages look pretty bad. Is there a way to not have the extra spaces and strange formatting happen when messages are sent to the app inboxes?
