Submit the pre-arrival form once for group bookings
Currently, group bookings require submitting pre-arrival forms for each individual sub-booking in order to mark the entire group booking as complete in the system. This results in duplicate efforts and is unnecessary since a group booking involves one guest reserving multiple rooms. It would be ideal if guests with group bookings could submit the pre-arrival form just once, allowing the system to mark the Pre-arrival form as submitted for all associated sub-bookings.

Seasonal Triggers
n Florida’s Gulf Coast, sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During these months, I’d like to automatically share turtle safety guidelines with guests by enabling a seasonal message trigger for reservations that fall within this timeframe.
I think there are other templates that would benefit from seasonal triggers

Support more variables and formulas in templates
In "Notifying the owner about new booking" template, I want to apply more variables about the order than the current existing one.
E.g Rental Revenue: [{ORDERBASEAMOUNT}-{COMMISSIONOTATOTAL}+{ADJUSTMENTRENT}+{EXTRAGUESTFEEAMOUNT}+{PAYMENTPROCESSINGFEE}]
But currently, the template variables only support some basic order details.

Add new system template when a hold already expires
At the moment, we only have a system template "Hold reminder" before it expires. This message is automatically sent to the guest as a reminder that their hold on the property is about to expire.
But when a hold already expires, the system won't automatically send them a message to say it has expired already and then suggest the guest about the available dates we're having or the dates they chose are still available1 vote -

Change "hold confirmation" message to automated instead of semi-automated
Once the guest clicked on "Request a hold" from Quote message, the calendar will show a hold accordingly but there was no automated message sent to the guest. when i click her name in pipeline i do not get the option to "place on hold" only "extend hold" so I can't send the Hold confirmation message from Pipeline either. I can only choose the template from Inbox to send manually. It's very inconvenient.
Please add another option or change "hold confirmation" message to automated instead of semi-automated

Add ability to include specific notes on auto-created jobs
It would be helpful to have the option to add custom notes or comments to jobs that are automatically created by the system. Currently, there is no way to include job-specific instructions or context when the job is generated automatically. This feature would improve clarity and communication for teams handling auto-created jobs.

Trigger - Day of week AND time conditions
I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition
