  1. I would like to set up ne email triggers ot send messages 90 days or less to guests for a listing. However, I am noticing that if I set this new trigger up, it is sending the messages to existing reservations. I only want to them to send to new reservations as the message will impact the guests expectations and experience. How is this not a feature to control???

  3. In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc

    However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking.   10. In this instance, this trigger is set up to send to an admin email. The customer wants it to send, but not include any info if the contract hasn't been signed. Instead it fails since their is no signed contact.

  16. Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  18. When we need to transfer a guest’s reservation to a new location, it would be much more efficient if all the relevant information for the new place was sent automatically. Right now, we have to manually find and send everything, which takes up a lot of time. It would be great if, when a reservation is moved—whether before or after it begins—it could be treated like a new or last-minute reservation, and the check-in info could be automatically sent to the guest.

  20. In email templates, the day of the week and month abreviations are in English, also to French recipients. It should be translated into the template language.

    On top of that, the date and month are inverted for us European. It's very confusing and makes us sound like a foreign automated company.

    See attached printscreen: it should say "du mercredi 16 juillet 2025 au dimanche 27 juillet 2025"
