    What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?


    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  10. As most of our managers works from their phones it's crucial that all our bookings line up precisely on the app. I got confused today and immediately assumed it's double bookings.

    we want to make it as easy as possible for the managers so they don't over stress when seeing something like the screenshots on hostfully.

    we would like to only see from Airbnb side of the app only confirmed bookings as when we see all the booking request aswell even though it was not approved you immediately start worrying about double bookings, if it is possible to only put…

    Note that you can now schedule automated refunds from the Hostfully platform, so this makes manual refunds less valuable.

  12. When you are searching properties on the mobile view, the (next) page buttons 1, 2, 3 are ONLY at the top - they should also be at the bottom. Reason

    1) It is more convenient than scrolling all the way back to the top and
    2) When guests get to the bottom they think that is it

    Also, in the search bar, you should include a search perimeter for Complex or property descriptions. So if someone is looking specifically for a rental in "Sunrise" condo, they don't have to go thru 10 pages to find it.

From the hostfully app, when i click on 'check-ins', and choose a guest that then opens the 'booking' page that gives all the reservation details, the only option i have from that page is to 'message'. i would like another option that is 'collect signature'. when clicked on, a box opens where the guest can sign with their finger, and that image saves to their booking details

  16. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

  17. I still don't like using the photos as the way to identify properties in the app, and I am constantly opening that leftmost sidebar to see the property name before doing anything in the app.  I think a customizable abbreviation would be a better short form for quickly finding the right property.
