Add a condition or event to the triggers for Lead Note
Some integrations add notes in the lead modal. This information can be useful to operations. Could we please have a trigger event for Lead Note, so when a note is added to the lead modal, it could trigger a message with the Lead Note variable so the PM can see the note message WHEN the note is added?

Automatically adjust the guest's language in Hostfully based on the preferred language in Booking.com
My guests on Booking.com can leave their preferred language when making reservations (e.g. German). However, when the reservation comes to Hostfully, the language is still English. I'd like this field to be automatically updated to the preferred language from Booking.com so that Hostfully can automatically send messages to guests in the preferred language. Right now I need to manually update the guest's language in Hostfully.

Allow triggers options to choose one specific booking by choosing the guest's name or [$LEAD_UID$]
For Example, Bob Smith is bringing 3 children and an infant. I would like to set a trigger to send him a message 4 days before he checks in to see if he needs a highchair.
This message is just for Bob, not everyone who books a particular house, or channel, etc.If there is a way to do this please provide instructions. According to Flash there is not a way to do this already.

Create a variable that is a link that would take you directly to the booking
I have a template to email myself info whenever a new booking comes in. It would be useful if there was a variable that was a link that would take me to this new guest/booking in my inbox.

Ability to set custom data for single unit, not just based on unit type
We have different door code for each room under each unit type, and currently, it's not possible to set up custom data for single unit.

Jobs should be removed automatically if a booking is cancelled
Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.

Improve booking updated trigger condition
While you can support sending notifications once a booking is updated, you are currently sending notifications to cleaners, guests, and owners for all changes made to the booking, including when payments are received which is not necessary. We need to notify the guests, owner, and cleaners when the booking has been modified such as when extending the booking or increasing the number of guests, but not when adding notes, or simply receiving payments.
30 votesWe will have a new trigger entitled "Booking updated | date change" that will only fire if the booking has a change of check-in or checkout date. Then we'll also have the breakdown of "Booking updated | check-in date" and "Booking updated | checkout date" to dissociate between a change on check-in date vs checkout date.

Add trigger to check if on check in day there is also checkout
Would be cool to add option to send message based on if there is checkout on same day as the checkin. it can be useful to use it to update guest whether they can check in early.. also it can nice to have similar trigger for check in on same day of checkout to check if they can checkout later

Have the ability to CC the 2nd owner email under "also cc these emails" in the owner tab when setting up custom templates and triggers to owners.

Pre-arrival form settings
In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc
However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

Ability to rate bad guest that automatically stop the scheduled guest review.
Can I suggest having the design team make it so that if negative notes are left in the Notes tab on Hostfully under a guest's booking that it automatically disable the positive guest review and flag a reminder to leave a negative review

Messages for Airbnb pre-approval
Templates or trigger for Airbnb pre-approve. At the moment, there is no messages sent to guest when we Airbnb pre-approve the inquiry from Hostfully or the pre-approve is about to expire

Trigger condition: PROPERTY IS NOT
Right now we have the option to set a condition if the property IS, I'd like to have the opposite, IS NOT.

Have the ability to have a trigger that reads the COUNTRY and use it as a condition

Add property name to pre-arrival form
Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.
It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.
