  2. Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

  4. Is there a way to get a notification if we got a booking on a day that has an assigned job?

    An made up example. I have a pest control service scheduled for a property on Nov 15th. I don't want to block that calendar and stop any new booking opportunities.

    If I was to get a booking that included the date of that job, is there a way to receive a notification so that the job can be re assigned to a different day?

  5. Occaisonally I have to re locate a guest to another property which creates a second set of automated messages/triggers. When scrolling through one can't determine which property they are from and therefore can't delete the appropriate messages (closed reservation/listing)

  6. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  7. Have a Custom Template email (discounted ski lift ticket) go to incoming guests but ONLY for winter bookings, for example

    I thought a complex condition would work IF the email could go out 31 days prior to arrival for guests booked for All Properties between Dec 1 and April 15, every year (the ski season in our ski resort town).

  8. Have the ability to send more messages per event (inquiry, cancellations, etc) as currently it limits you to only send one message per event and any future scheduled event messages will be cancelled out. This way we can follow up on inquiries as many times as we want

  12. We have customers that send inquiries and then don't come back to book. I'd like to send an automated email to follow up with them. This email should go out to customers that sent an inquiry but did not book. It should go out 3 days after their inquiry was made. So, if a customer made an inquiry and was sent a quote but 3 days later he still did not book, the email should be sent to that customer automatically (unless the lead was closed).

  13. When creating a trigger, please keep the channel is condition dropdown open until finished selecting. It used to do that. Now, we have to check one, click on the dropdown check the next one, click on the dropdown, check the next one, etc.

  14. Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.

  17. On the "Scheduled Messages" tab, we should be able to modify a message that is scheduled for a guest. For example, If I have a guest pay for an early check in, I should be able to modify their scheduled messages to show their new real check in time. Right now the only option is to delete a scheduled message and then we have to remember to go in and send it manually at the time it would have normally been sent.

  18. When I use the codes "Your reservation begins on [$LEADCHECKIN$] for [$LEADNIGHTS$] with [$LEAD_GUESTS$]."

    What populates in the message is "Your reservation begins on Wed, Sep 11 2024 for 4 with 6. "

    If you could make it say "4 Nights with 6 Guests" that would be significantly better.

  19. In Agency Settings -> Rental Conditions and Property -> Rental Conditions, add the ability to use template variables and HTML formatting.

    Some examples of how we could use this:
    - Use variables in the Agency Rental Conditions to include property-specific information, allowing us to have a single common text.
    - Include specific booking data such as damage waiver, number of nights, the actual guest name, etc.
    - The ability to format the conditions makes it far easier for a guest to read and understand.
