Do not default the Add Lead to On Hold.
When adding a new lead, the default is set to On Hold. This is a really item to miss. It would be better to NOT have a default here, and do not allow a lead to be saved until one of the options is selected. This will force people to make sure they are choosing the correct setting for each new lead.

If guests enter the telephone numbers with double code, it will be imported with the wrong format.=> We would like the system to automatically detect the country code and remove the redundant if guests accidentally add area code 2 times.

Have ability to set payment settings (%) for specific reservation
Yes i saw it just desapointed as I need this just for a certain amount of client not all of them. So now I will need to change the system for only one transaction here in there not very fonctional

Break out the price rule discount at the order level
I want to see the discount that is applied to a booking in the lead modal so that I can know that they're working.

Ability to apply rate multiplier = 0 on Lead modal for long-term / mid-term stay
It would be helpful if there is an option to allow us to zero out the multiplier when needed to get these mid term rentals the exact price we need to.
For example, a 29-night stay is 2000 but there is a rate multiplier of 4% so I have to enter rent amount as 1923.5 but the total is not exact 2000.

We'd love to have a feature to show the payment processing fee and Hostfully processing fee on the order directly so we can easily subtract both fees when refunding the guests

Ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually
At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.
Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab defaults to Property Checkin/ Checkout time when adding lead
When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.
- Click Add lead
- Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
- Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

Have ability to duplicate an existing booking to a different date range
I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.
Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

Change hold error message from
When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error

Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Ability to retrieve deleted bookings/access to information about recently deleted bookings.
Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.
