  1. Only suggestion I would make is to make the "View Order" button a bit more obvious, maybe make it available within the pipeline as one of the options that pops up when you click/hover over the circle. We don't have to click "Edit" to see that button.

  3. Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.

    Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.

    This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

  4. In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

  5. Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

  6. I would like to be able to upload documents into the guest record, preferably in Stay Details. I currently keep these in my Google Drive, but I would prefer to have everything in Hostfully.

  7. Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

  8. We offer a lower commission rate on stays that acquired by our home owners. Since these are all entered in manually it would be great to have the option to change the commission rate when creating a booking so that the calculations will shake out in the reports rather than us having to track these stays and break it down after we run reports.

  9. I'd like to add "groups" of users where anyone in that group can manage bookings/listings/etc.

    As it is now: Each lead is assigned to an individual. If someone else needs to do something, they have to take ownership then go back in and make the changes, then go back and re-assign it.

    I'd like a group "West Coast Property Managers" and any user in that group can manage any leads/properties in that group at any time.

    The logs should show who did what when but this would avoid the overhead of having to reassign things.

  10. It would be helpful to allow links in the Rental Conditions, for those who want to use fillable pdf URLs for their guests to complete. And, to have the lead on the pipeline show that the rental conditions have been completed.

  11. Include current Stays in the Pipeline filter "Relevant/Arrival Date".

    Current Stays are Relevant and useful when looking at the upcoming stays list.

    I have to Filter "Stays/Arrival Date" in order to see who is staying in which listing, and I would like to see this information all in one place under Relevant/Arrival Date.

  13. For a UX perspective, the calendar view is the most likely to be used when managing a large number of properties. The reservation card that is accessible from the calendar should include every available function and piece of information pertain the the guests visit.

    This card should include the Pre-arrival form info, the payment status, any deposits made, remaining balance, scheduled payments, scheduled messages, etcetera.

    At present, there are a number of features that are only accessible from the Pipeline. (i.e. cancelling a reservation, marking a reservation as paid, viewing the pre-arrival form, and recording a payment).

  14. Include stays in which the deposit HASN'T yet been returned under 'RELEVANT'. Because there is still a relevant action to complete before the stay is closed.

    It's easy to miss deposit returns when users have to scroll through 'ALL' to find the stays which need Deposit Return action.

  15. As a PM I'd like to be able to block my calendar for owners, and view their booking/block in the pipeline so that I can prepare the listing the same way I would prepare it for a guest. I need to have it cleaned, send door codes for the time of their stay, and go through the usual lifecycle of their booking as I do with the others so that I don't forget to prepare any details related to their stay.

  17. As a VRM, I want to have pincode auto generated for booking with 0 value.

    At the moment, pincode is not generated when I created booking manually in the system, value = 0.
