  2. Please add the property name to the pre-arrival form when completed. When I receive the form information by email I cannot see unless I click into the link what property it is for.

    It would be extremely helpful as I am managing multiple properties with other managers to know who the form belongs to without having to open the link and then click through the tabs to check the property.

  3. Hi UserVoice Support,

    We are requesting the addition of a booking date variable in the system, specifically to insert the date of the first payment (i.e., the initial booking confirmation) into guest receipts and booking communications.

    This date is not only important for guest records and travel insurance purposes but is also a requirement under the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) guidelines. TICO mandates that travel agencies provide accurate transaction documentation, including the date on which the booking or first payment was made.

  4. The current booking setting is set to booking request, however, we're using VacationRentPayment (VRP) and by design they charge guests immediately when they place the requests.

    We want to turn off triggers for only reservations that use VRP, so they don't get the check in informed, So that I can encourage them to cancel if it don't like the reservation.

    We want to add a trigger condition to distinguish the payment method

  8. Jobs linked to a booking should be cancelled automatically if that booking is cancelled. This is very helpful as PM may forget to cancel jobs manually.

  9. At the moment, a confirmed booking from Vrbo with success transaction is imported into Hostfully as NEWINQUIRY . Then the start of processBookingRequest method, we set the status as QUOTESENT. After the payment has been processed successfully, we change the status of the lead to BOOKEDBYCUSTOMER and then we thrown the NEW_BOOKING event.

    This causes both triggers for 'booking inquiry' and 'booking confirmed' fired for Vrbo confirmed reservation which confuses our guests and miscommunication. Some guests may not be happy because they're asked to pay while they have done it already.

  10. Trigger should fire for inactive properties. We deactivate the properties temporarily, but there are active reservations and we need automated messages sent to guests.

  11. I would like to set up ne email triggers ot send messages 90 days or less to guests for a listing. However, I am noticing that if I set this new trigger up, it is sending the messages to existing reservations. I only want to them to send to new reservations as the message will impact the guests expectations and experience. How is this not a feature to control???

  13. In Pre-arrival form, I only need the information of main guest including guest name, age and email, not other additional guests. Imagine a villa with 10 guests, it will upset certainly the leader to fill the form for 10 guests, collect all names, emails, ages, etc

    However, when unchecking the fields First name, Last name, Age, Email under 'Additional guest information' section makes the fields for Main guest (first name, last name, age, email) hidden as well so we have to add the custom questions.

  14. We had to import reservations before the connection with VRBO went live. Now that it is live, why wouldn't this reservation be affiliated with VRBO as it looks from our end? With the connection made shouldn't direct messaging work? Is this going to be the case for all VRBO imported reservations? If so this is going to be very tedious to babysit.

  17. In this instance, this trigger is set up to send to an admin email. The customer wants it to send, but not include any info if the contract hasn't been signed. Instead it fails since their is no signed contact.
