  3. In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.

    For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.

    Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?

Send triggers that allow you to create a email you can send out to add a early check in or even an extra day based on calendar availability, For Ex: if an extra day is available at the end of a reservation 2 days before the reservation ends, I can send out an email that lets them at a day at a discounted rate to help book the calendar up, same goes for early and late checkouts and they can pay automatically and it adds the info to their reservation

  10. Yes as for our concern, some of our guest did not experience a great stay due to unwanted issues that occur and sometimes issues are out of our control. It would be helful to have an option to turn off specific review request to a guest that booked directly and have experienced an issue.

    I want to turn off system template on some bookings that we don't want to send out the message.

  13. At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

  18. The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!
