  2. When creating a trigger, please keep the channel is condition dropdown open until finished selecting. It used to do that. Now, we have to check one, click on the dropdown check the next one, click on the dropdown, check the next one, etc.

  3. Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.

After a hurricane comes through I start getting lots of messages from future guests asking if there was any damage or if their stay will be impacted at all.. being able to send a message out to all future guests whether it be guests next week or several months from now would be very helpful instead of trying to send individual messages out to each guest.

  6. Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.

    (when the job is not tied to each guest or specifically to a check-in or check-out, we need the notification tied to the job specifically)

  9. As busy hosts, any additional nudge is helpful. It would be nice to have a trigger that can email us notifying us that a reservation hold is about to expire if we don't accept it.

    So Booking request with time-based condition trigger would be much helpful.

  11. As we add new Custom Templates and Triggers, they simply are added at the bottom of the list. We would like to be able to move those into a logical order to make it easier to see we haven't missed any and to find ones that need changing or deleting.

  18. When I use the codes "Your reservation begins on [$LEADCHECKIN$] for [$LEADNIGHTS$] with [$LEAD_GUESTS$]."

    What populates in the message is "Your reservation begins on Wed, Sep 11 2024 for 4 with 6. "

    If you could make it say "4 Nights with 6 Guests" that would be significantly better.

  19. I don't want any triggers to fire when I manually add bookings to the system, because sometimes I need to edit the pricing, reservation before the triggers go out. I want to have a button so I can check to temporarily stop all triggers from firing for specific guests.
