Hyperlink in Pre-arrival Form
We have a pet agreement that we want to hyperlink to if the guest answers Yes to bringing a pet. Currently we can add a link but it isn't clickable, hyperlinking does not work on the guest side. Nothing happens when they click the link. They have to copy and paste the link to be able to read the agreement and indicate they agree with the terms. Would be nice to hyperlink to the rental agreement as well if we want. That way they aren't receiving too many agreements and forms to fill out.

It’s confusing to see agency messages are listed under Guest messages, etc. Please sort the system templates to appear within the correct categories.

Making links mobile friendly for Booking.com guests
We currently have to resend links to most BDC guests as the current links to the pre arrival form and damage deposit don't work-especially when try from a mobile as the links are broken.

Allow Messages To Trigger By Tag
PMs have added tags to help identify returning guests. They've expressed the desire to create templates that will only be sent to those individuals, but tags need to be added to the trigger conditions in order for this to happen.

Have the variables support the first payment paid in the template
I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.
I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.

Ability to download the pre-arrival form in PDF format
Sometimes we need to claim money from a guest who does not follow the house rules. For example, we may need to claim extra cleaning fees for a pet and show that pets were not allowed on the furniture.
Although the house rules are included in the pre-arrival form for guests to check and agree with, there is no way for us to obtain a PDF of it like the rental agreement. This makes it difficult to provide evidence that the guest agreed to our house rules in order to claim the money.

Add a condition "If guest has not published a review yet" for custom trigger
They ONLY send a review reminder or a review request IF the guest has not yet written a review
This prevents the user from getting an annoying message about "hey can you review us" when he/she has already reviewed their stay.

Pre-Arrival Form government ID
In the Pre-Arrival Form yo allow fields for each guest to give government ID details and not just the Primary guest. In Portugal we need to submit the ID details for each guest to a government website.
Or at least for the custom field to allow for multiple attachments so they can attach their ID's. The former would be better so we do not have to subscribe for another software like Checkin which does that.

Add a trigger condition based on length of stay
We want to add a tim based condition on the length of stay.
E.g For a 1 night stay, our check out message is sent out the day the guests check in because it's set for one day before check out. On most stays that works well, however on a single night stay it gets messy because the guests receive check out details before they even get to check in

Restrict checkin/ checkout time options in Pre-arrival form
In Pre-arrival forms => Estimated arrival time, there are multiple options which is earlier than Property default checkin time so user can select the checkin time that we cannot accommodate.
For example, checkin time is 3:00 PM but they can select 2:00 PM or earlier.
Is there any way we can restrict the option to select there to make sure only fews option for checkin and checkout time can be selected?
