Support vertical ratios/ images in templates
Currently, Hostfully does not support vertical ratios in the email templates, so the vertical property image is cropped in a system template (Booking Payment Confirmed).

Have only the Government ID field mandatory (not Government ID country and Government ID number)
Be able to have the Government ID as a required field on the Pre-Arrival From, and not requiring the Government ID country and the Government ID number fields.

Adding the After the hold end time-based event in complex condition.
with the complex condition, I want to have the booking hold end event in the time-based event to sent the notify for my guest.

Have trigger works for Bookings made within X days prior to checkin.

Create calendar-based Jobs for recurring tasks
We manage over 120 properties. So keeping track and scheduling reoccurring tasks like AC service or replacing batteries in door locks would be a great help. We would also use this feature to schedule weekly inspections of properties that are currently not occupied.

Add date options to the system template: Alternative Rental Dates
Both the Alternative Rental Dates and the Alternative Options templates have the same variable [$LEADAVAILABLEPROPERTY_LIST$] which means that the information shared will be the same. It would be helpful to have a variable that includes the alternative dates for the property that the guest has inquired about, instead of these two template that are almost identical.
It would also be helpful if the Alternative Rental Dates template could be selected from the pipeline, like the Alternative Options template.5 votes -

Option to include inquiry text in inquiry template notification
It would be convenient to receive the inquiry notification and see in the template the actual inquiry received instead of just being notified there's a new inquiry and having to check the inbox.

Stop Future Automated Messages Feature
It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.
The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

Specified Date Trigger
Having a trigger to send a message to guests at a specific date would be helpful for seasonal newsletters as well as recurring things that are date specific such as yearly events, date that kayaks are removed, date that indoor fireplaces are opened up.

Variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" in custom templates
I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.

Allow PDF in Pre-arrival Form > Government ID file
I want to allow uploads of government ID files in PDF form in our Pre-arrival Form. It'd be great to display supported file types next to the upload field so that guests are aware of what can be uploaded. Currently, PDF files are not supported.

Ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 different owners
I would like to have the ability to send SMS notifications for new reservations to 2 separate phones.
Many of the properties that we manage have multiple owners and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to each owner. In a lot of cases (such as this one), the multiple owners are a married couple and it would be beneficial to be able to send text message notifications to both the husband and the wife.
