  1. Currently the "Scheduled Messages" tab only shows guests name. It should indicate for which property the message will be sent.

  2. Currently you cannot see if triggers/custom template apply to a certain property without opening the custom template.

    A view within the property itself to see which triggers are associated with it would make it very quick.

  4. I use [$LEADDEPARTURETIME$] in multiple automated triggers to remind guest of their upcoming check out time.
    Normal time is 11:00am but we do allow for later at times.
    When I use the variable, it just says "11:00" in military time and "13:00" for 1pm.
    The issue is since most are 11:00am.. and it just shows 11:00, guest could push it and you said 11:00, we assumed 11:00pm!
    I could hardcode "AM" in the text, but then when we allow for a late checkout in the afternoon, it would say ex: "13:00AM"... kinda odd.
    If we had the AM/PM…

  5. When somebody modify their reservation we can not send manually a confirmation, i would like to resend it like in the message log, fire trigger again. Sometimes we change the dates with no money ajustment an we can not send something .

  6. Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

    Also, templates sent to Airbnb and Vrbo sometimes have extra spaces or line breaks where they don't show in the template editor in Hostfully

  7. When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.

  10. In extra conditions when creating trigger you should be able to tell the system to NOT send trigger IF for example rental agreement has already been signed. NOT send trigger IF for example pre-arrival has already been filled out.

    It makes no sense and it quite annoying for guests to continue to get requests for something that they have already completed, but in order to automate the only way to ensure these important forms are completed is to keep sending reminders regardless if they have already completed the request.

  14. If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.

  17. Add "Short Description" as an available field to be used in Custom Templates.

    The only available property name in the Custom Templates field dropdown is the "Public Name" which is the listing description header. This is often too long or provides marketing language to attract prospects.

  18. Currently there is only one variable for guest's whole phone number.
    Adding another one for last 4 digits of the phone number would be very useful in templates to automate sending automatic access codes to guests. Right now we are using smartbnb for that.
