  3. Jane from Papagayo Luxury rentals would like a way to share a calendar report with her Concierge staff. The report would include the following:
    - Name of primary contact who is making reservation
    - Availability and blocks on calendars for given properties
    - Number of guests coming
    - This report should not include any financial information

  5. When it comes to split payments, in transaction report, I would like to see the fees and taxes split. Currently, it's showing the fees and taxes for the entire stay, not just for each transaction.

  6. At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.

    Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
    But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.

    Additionally: on the above “property report”
    Is a custom equation called “time period” or something like that that updates the number of days to a particular month. This equation should be…

When I want to schedule an enhanced report to be sent for instance to our concierge so she can handle the check-in, the range options are fixed like : last week, last month, last quarter, last year and this week, this month, this quarter, this year... however, if it's end of July and I set for this month, she won't see arrivals of the next week. It would be more relevant to have ranges in the future like: next week, next 30 days, next 90 days.

  11. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

    Refunds do show in your reports for bookings that have been made via your default payment service provider. But indeed, they don't show for Airbnb bookings for instance.

    We are soon offering a new feature: Order Adjustments and manual transactions.

    This will allow you to manually add a refund that happened in an Airbnb booking for instance.

  16. I would like to be able to run a cancelation report for the day a reservation is canceled by guest services. If I canceled a rservation yesterday for a July booking I would like to be able to run that report for yesterday and see the cancelation. It is especially helpful for PM using VRP as not refund shows up on the transaction report.

  17. Since Airbnb discontinued their masked emails, Airbnb bookings are not being saved to the CRM, which saves/links contacts based on email addresses. I propose using phone numbers rather than email. Phone numbers are a reliably unique ID and are provided by Airbnb and all the major channels (to my knowledge). Without that change, Airbnb guests are not being saved to the CRM. For some managers (like me) that's a huge percentage of our customers.

  20. I want to show the guest service fee charged by the channels into Hostfully. This fee is paid by guests to channels and not related to my accounting, but I want to show the total amount the guest paid.
