  1. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

    This is a feature we have been planning to support for a while. We'll keep you posted as the analysis for it moves along.

  5. A category for hostfully guidebooks' marketplace needs to be added.

    Marketplace payment transactions would best be integrated individually with selected stripe accounts (rather than defaulting to the two scenarios below ) , because upsell services may be related to service providers or simply not associated with the property's financial accounting.

    Also reporting should include a feature for marketplace transactions.

    Does anyone have any best practices and tips on how to best price and collect payments for upsell services in the marketplace? How to track and reconcile these purchases across all booking platforms and multiple stripe accounts?

  6. It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.
    It'd be great if we can view the total of rent, taxes, fees by running a report.

  7. Currently you cannot send Airbnb messages via the Send Check-in Instructions, or Send Pre-Arrival Form; you will need to do it from the Inbox 2.0. In addition for Triggers you have to setup two triggers for every event you need. One trigger for Airbnb and one Trigger for all other channels. Ideally it would automatically recognize the channel as Airbnb and send an Airbnb Message or an email absed on the channel. This would cut triggers down by half and make it a bit simpler to manage.

  9. As a PM, I would like to have Booking.com reservations that failed during a database update / outage on PMP to be imported to the system. As of now, it just failed, which resulted in no lead created, and resulted in doubled booking. I have to contact Hostfully support so that they manually import these failed bookings.

  10. We use Zapier integration to pull all booking data. Everything comes through perfectly, however, "Order Order Fees" which pull all other fees are being listed all together and being pulled with text. That is to say, you cannot pull the data with ONLY the fees and also cannot have them broken out by fee. This is a bug challenge when dealing with dozens of properties and bookings. I have to parse that data manually.

    What would be ideal is is every fee is its own variable that can be pulled from the system.

  11. Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)

  12. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  13. At present, the reservation notes feature is extremely limited in Hostfully. Here are a couple of things that would greatly improve this feature from a UX standpoint.

    Timestamping/logging notes - Currently notes are simply typed into an active text box in the reservation popup (under the "Internal Guest Notes Tab). These notes do not include a record who who made them or when, and are are easily changed/deleted, without any record of the change being made.   14. AirBnB Host payout amounts do not include tax (Tax is handled by the platform before payout). But the Hostfully variables, for example [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUT_SD$] do include the taxes.

    I would like to see a new variable [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUTTAXES$]. When I get a new AirBnB booking, the owner receives an email from my Hostfully templates with the booking amount set as [$ORDERTOTALWITHOUTSD$]. This includes taxes and misleads the owner to believe that they are making more money than they are.

  15. Currently, when a guest sends a message via SMS, you can respond, but have to change the default to SMS from email. The default is always email for direct bookings. It would be nice to have the default be however the guest initiated conversing.

With the new inbox we are getting replies from guests coming to our actual email account (ie: gmail or google) which is great as we were missing guests replies when they were coming into the inbox. However if I wish to reply to the guest from my email account not the inbox their address is not their just platform@hostfully. Is there any way to have their actual email address added as well (for non Airbnb guests - as I understand Airbnb have dedicated emails)

  20. Hi Hostfully. I recently noticed a need for the function of being able to send SMS triggers to cleaners to notify them of a reservation date change update. New booking trigger and cancelled booking triggers have been working great but cleaners won't be notified when guests change their travel dates. In this case, the original booking isn't cancelled but just updated to a different date. So it would be great if you could add original/old check-in/-out dates variables on trigger templates so cleaner can receive a message like "unit 2. original date may 3- may 6. new date may 4…
