Ignore tax charge for over x days for HVMI
Currently, the ignore tax charge for over 30 days is only applicable for Vrbo and Hostfully channel. I want it to be applicable for HVMI.

We need Hostfully to interact and sync to Airbnb's new Virtual Tour option.
Airbnb has a new Virtual Tour option where pictures are assigned to rooms and then a sort of virtual tour is available for guests. Hostfully doesn't support this function at this time. Unfortunately, one of their new very popular filters is properties with a virtual tour. This means that we are not showing up on this filter.

It does not look like Airbnb supports this feature at the moment. Here's an extract from an article on their site:
"Airbnb currently doesn’t support embedding virtual tours into your listing. You’ll have to upload your virtual tour elsewhere and direct your visitors there. You can add a URL of that site in the description, which travelers can copy and paste into their browser, or a QR Code in the image gallery that they can scan."

Option to override certain settings to be able to save leads
I would suggest an override button and an adjustment to how this process works.
If I have a customer over the phone that wants to make a payment on an existing reservation and I need to adjust the financials, I should not have to change settings to save the lead. This increases the chance of us not collecting payment or providing great customer service.
I can understand preventing us from changing dates due to overlap, but the whole reservation should not be locked.
We should still be able to adjust names, contact info, add notes, adjust financials, etc.

Add Pets as a Complex Condition in Messaging Triggers
You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.
It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

Add tax options for services
We are legally required to tax services and Add-ons, however, the service provided portal does not allow us to add taxes. Currently we're having to manually build taxes into our pricing for services & Add ons, then our accountant's have to break that information out when the reconcile accounts.
In a perfect world, each property would have a "services tax rate" option, that would apply to any services booked for that property.

Inbox default to show all messages, not just relevant ones
I think either changing the default of the inbox view to "all" under that status, or giving the user the option to create their own default view would be helpful not to miss past guests or other messages because the system deems what is "relevant" and to change it is a manual process each time.

Weekend Rate Adjustment for Pricing Periods
Please add a Weekend Rate Adjustment option to the Pricing Periods feature. It would be great if it could be a dollar value as well as a percentage increase. It is very time consuming to go through each pricing period adjusting the weekends. This would make using the pricing periods much more better. Thank you!

Inbox Replies from Guests should only include their reply.
Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

Direct Book- Customizable Reservation Requirements
Currently, the only required information the guest needs to input when instantly booking via Hostfully is their name, email and dates. We need to collect mobile phone numbers, whether or not they're bringing a pet and would like to require a message from them about their stay.
For instant booking on Airbnb, you can require the guest to answer your customized questions at booking. Edit fees/taxes
Currently if a new channel is added, you have to delete a fee/tax and add it again as new to include the new chanel.
We should be able to edit this information as we do with any other content.
In addition, it would be nice to be able to apply globally fees/tax settings for new channels as they arise.
As it is now, every new channel we have to delete and read a tax and fee on EVERY listing.

All reviews in one place (Reports)
View all recent reviews in one report or place in hostfully. With multiple properties, it is too tedious to go through each property to read reviews. One report that displays all reviews would work great.

Access and edit guest reservations from "Guest Profile"
Hostfully currently has a Guest list, but it is hidden deep in the UI.
Within the guest's "Guest Information" page you are able to see a history of their reservations (Guest Booking History)
However, you are not able to access a reservation from the Guest record or make any changes to their bookings.
If the reservation records show in this page preformed like the pipeline records, this currently useless feature would become an extremely valuable tool, of particular help with guests with multiple bookings.

Ability to offer a guest an extended discounted stay or early check-in/check-in if there is an opening after their checkout date
The ability to automatically offer a guest an extended discounted stay or early check-in/check-in if it is available. Currently I do that through Lynx but it doesn't update the reservations in Hostfully nor does it update my cleaning crew. Would be very helpful and allow for a lot of extra upselling!

View Property Name In Scheduled Messages Tab
Currently the "Scheduled Messages" tab only shows guests name. It should indicate for which property the message will be sent.

Color coding for multi-calendar view for NON-booked dates.
While looking at the calendar for dates that aren't booked yet, would be nice to be able to toggle some shading for rates/colors. I use it to help adjust my Dynamic Pricing (DPGO for me) to see where I might have a property over/under priced.
Would be nice to have a few brackets can set the amount and color. 0-200 - Yellow, 201-400 - Green, 400+ Red.2 votes -
Hide owner information from different team users with access to property information
When you add a new team member and give them access to 1 or multiple properties from your inventory, you can then assign a role to them.
The different roles are as follows:
- associate
- booking agent
- property sales manager
- manager
When you assign either of the roles that gives the team member to a specific property and all of its details, this also gives them access to the OWNER tab of the property.
The owner tab of the property stores personal contact information of the owner of the property and this does not need and should not be visible to…

Ability to rank the services presented to guests during payment flow
Set the display order for services - It would be nice to be able to sort the order in which add on services are presented to the customer at checkout. Presently the order seems to mirror that of the order they are displayed in the "Edit Provider" backend, however, you cannot adjust the order (the are simply listed in the order created). You can see in the screenshot, in order to get the two "Pet crate Rentals" to show up together, I had to create a second instance of "Pet Crate 2 - Broader services view in the property settings…

Add which agent sent a message to the guest
Under each agent message it shows " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am"
It would be very useful to have the agent listed here too. e.g. " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am by <agent>"
It will make it easier to track agent responses in the booking thread

Add backward compatibility for PointCentral API
At present, the PointCentral integration does not automatically create lock codes for any existing bookings in the Hostfully calendar.
In order to generate codes, each booking must be manually opened and re-saved. with 44 listings and nearly 1000 open reservations, this is a very arduous task.
Surely there must be some way to make this integration backward compatible, or at the very least create some kind of master "refresh" button/script that effectively opens and re-saves every reservation in the calendar automatically to accomplish this.
