    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

  2. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.

  3. I want to centralize the sync options in one location so I won't have to manage my listings in both Hostfully and Booking.com. For instance, I can handle mobile discounts in Hostfully, but promotions and deals must be managed through Booking.com. Next, it would be helpful if the user interface clearly indicated what is being overridden by Hostfully and what is not. At the moment, there are only some channel icon indicators next to certain fields. For example, Facilities and Services are overridden by Hostfully, while Promotions and Deals are not.   5. As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
    - Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
    - Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
    - Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.

    Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

  8. I would like to request a new feature in PMP to help differentiate between Vrbo online and offline bookings.

    Current Situation:

    Online Booking: These bookings appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and include all guest information, making messaging integration work smoothly.

    Offline Booking: These bookings do not appear on the Vrbo Dashboard and lack related threads. This leads to confusion among guests, who often ask why their reservation is not visible on Vrbo. We also struggle to provide them with a satisfactory answer.

  10. I did and they said it was a platform issue. It’s grayed out and cannot be updated in Airbnb. I’ll just have to remove the info for now to get around it and try between the 2 systems to display best info to guests.

  11. Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

  12. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  15. When I get a lead or inquiry through channels, I get an email notifying me. However, when I get a lead or inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully, I don't get notified of this. How is that possible. Is there a way that we can get a text or email when we get a lead/inquiry for a direct booking with Hostfully?

  16. As a property manager, upon receiving a Booking.com reservation, there are occasions when the credit card may fail to charge for various reasons. However, I face limitations in reporting an invalid card to request a new one from the guest or to request cancellation due to an invalid credit card. This limitation arises because I lack access to the credit card's CVC code, which is now transmitted via API and cannot be viewed on the Extranet anymore.
