Sync message edits from Airbnb
When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

Align Common Space Handling with Airbnb Changes
Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.
Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

liaise with VRBO to have this "discount" figure broken down into the 2 separate components when communicated to XML
what I'm trying to point out is, that because this is what VRBO sends you, my tax figures are out. This is a problem in that it means I need to make a manual adjustment to ensure my tax figures are correct.
The solution is to either (1) liaise with VRBO to have this "discount" figure broken down into the 2 separate components when communicated to you, or (2) recognise on the hostfully side that there will always be a tax component, and break it down into the 2x figures based on the property tax rate

Option to approve Vrbo inquiry
We encounter situations where a guest has already inquired about a Vrbo property and now needs to be instructed to send a booking request. This can be burdensome for the guest, as we are unable to simply invite them to make a reservation.
If there is an option to pre-approve Vrbo inquiry so guest could book directly, it would be much more helpful.

It would be highly beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to create custom channels in Hostfully, beyond the standard ones like Airbnb or Booking.com. For example, users could add channels like "Reception Desk," "Travel Agency Partnerships," or "Corporate Bookings" to track more specific booking sources. Additionally, implementing color-coding options for these channels would allow for easy visual differentiation and streamlined data analysis at the end of the season. This added flexibility would make managing and analyzing bookings much more intuitive, especially for businesses with diverse booking sources.

Push bathroom data to booking.com
It would be useful to push the bathroom data from Hostfully to booking.com so it does not have be set up for each property in booking.com. This has to be done 99% of the time.

We will check if HVMI provides an API for this. In the meantime, you can probably do iCal imports to block your calendar.

Indicate new check-in time requested from Airbnb guest in Hostfully system
At the moment, reservation booked within 48 hours, and guest can choose the check-in time

Airbnb does not send anything explicitly to the host stating that the check-in time has changed; however, the reservation request Airbnb sent to the guest does include the check-in time.
We need Hostfully to request this information thru the API and indicate it somewhere in Hostfully system so we can know before accept or decline the booking request as it's very important information to look at

Support AIR_CONDITION_WINDOW for HVMB
Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC
Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)
However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.
In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

Import past bookings with all the information so that it shows on the inbox instead of appearing "unknown".
At the moment, when importing past bookings, they are shown as unknown in the inbox, and the PM has to manually update them from the reservation.

Airbnb Photo Tour
Airbnb is pushing the 'virtual tour' by being able to organize photos by rooms. I keep reorganizing my photos in the "where you'll sleep' section of Hostfully's settings and they're not saving in Airbnb. This seems to be an integration issue.

Enhance the user-friendliness of third-party agency feature
This option helps connect multiple Vrbo accounts. However, the user interface of this feature in Property Management Platform is not clear and user-friendly for property managers to understand its function. It should be located on the same Vrbo channel page, rather than Third-party agency dropdown and "Listed by" option under property Main Settings. I want this feature to work seamlessly as connecting with multiple Airbnb accounts.

Rate multiplier incorrectly applying to all past and future Airbnb bookings
When we import Airbnb leads, the base rent is calculated so that base rent + rate multiplier equals the rent total from Airbnb.
True, we could apply this only to future leads, not past leads, but I don’t see why this would cause an issue to this PM since the total rent is the same.

Remove option "Preapprove with Hold" in PMP
Airbnb discontinue the functionality to preapprove with date blocking, Hostfully should remove the option to "preapprove with hold" to align with their system
