Make the system recognize number values so that numbering properties will show up in order, instead of starting back at 1.
If the properties are numbered so we can see them listed in numerical value. Currently, if properties are numbered 1-15, for example, they will show as 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. Can the system recognize the actual number value instead putting 10 after 1?

Have a variable for Bedroom to pull number od bed,
I know we can use the custom data to set data for the bedroom field.
However, sometimes I need to only temporarily change our bedding setup (eg for a day or two), and so using custom data means I have to make an edit BOTH on the "Set rooms" page and in the custom data fields. It is quite inconvenient.
Would you please consider having the variable for this property information so that when I update the bedroom, it will update automatically in my template, message?

Allow sorting of house rules
Right now if you want to re-order or add a house rule that's not at the bottom of the list, you need to delete and re add the rules. This is very tedious. A simple drag and drop sorting feature like there is currently for photos would be very helpful.

Vrbo does allow 99 photos. Can we update the API so that we can push out 99 photos to Vrbo instead of the current 50?

Do not include -15 in the Booking Lead Time dropdown, as this will produce an error when connecting to Airbnb. The max this can go is -14.
If -15 is selected in the booking lead time, this will produce an error when connecting to Airbnb. Can we set the max to -14 instead?

Improve the UI of Owner Adjustments
Right now if I add an "Ongoing/Recurring Adjustment", e.g. monthly on the 1st day, when the day comes, the adjustment will be automatically added and displayed under "One-time Adjustment". It's a bit confusing to me because that one is an ongoing adjustment, not a one-time. I suggest having a separate section to show "Completed Owner Adjustments" (or anything similar name) and not including the "completed" recurring adjustments in the one-time adjustments.
