  2. It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!

    What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?


    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  10. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  11. Able to add Internal Guest Notes/Rating from App, Add our own custom items to rate (ex. check out procedures), and to add photos/videos to internal guest notes. Would be helpful to be able to review a guest in internal guest notes while at the homes during inspection period to assist in the review period and by saving the photos/videos in internal guest notes it would assist in any claims that would need to be made.

    Note that you can now schedule automated refunds from the Hostfully platform, so this makes manual refunds less valuable.

  18. From the hostfully app, when i click on 'check-ins', and choose a guest that then opens the 'booking' page that gives all the reservation details, the only option i have from that page is to 'message'. i would like another option that is 'collect signature'. when clicked on, a box opens where the guest can sign with their finger, and that image saves to their booking details

  19. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.
