This is not as easy as it looks because some lock providers prevent duplicated live codes, so we have to handle several cases depending on the lock type.

This seemed like such a no-brainer, and every other PMS I looked at had this option, so I neglected to ask when I was demoing. My mistake. But agreed! So many hosts default to the last 4- or 5-digits of a phone number for door codes, it's becoming a standard.

The template variable should allow for {last_four_digits_guest_phone_number} to either auto-populate the PIN code or just to use in a template.

With Hosfully we do not have acces to the client phone number, first go vote for my suggestion to the client add their phone number on reservation with their e-mail adress, and I ask to add their adress to. Thanks.

This would make the code very convenient, I have run into a few incidents where the guests would call at night. Their phones were dead and they couldn't remember their codes. If it was the last 4 digits, that 3 am call wouldn't be necessary.

This would be great for the integration with the lock systems like Remote Lock. We have been manually programing guest door codes to the last 4 digits of the guest's primary phone number for a while. So it would be great if the last 4 of the guests phone # variable would transfer through as the lock code to program in the integration
