Opt-out of lead assignment
As an agency, you can choose to opt-out of lead assignments.
With this option, leads will never be assigned to anyone, and any PM (with the right property permission) will be able to manage leads at any time.

Thank you for the idea and the votes. While we are not able to a single lead to multiple people, we are reviewing and gathering product requirements for the use case where there is only 1 person in the company and having the leads auto assign to the person. As soon as this is designed and released, we will update this page.

An AUTO assign feature would be great as I am the only person in my company who handles all requests.
