Weekend Rate Adjustment for Pricing Periods
Please add a Weekend Rate Adjustment option to the Pricing Periods feature. It would be great if it could be a dollar value as well as a percentage increase. It is very time consuming to go through each pricing period adjusting the weekends. This would make using the pricing periods much more better. Thank you!

In addition to this - Make the weekend Rate Adjustments Apply always even if you go manually update rates across a property, I should go in and put in a manual rate in the pricing calendar and then save it and it then apply the Weekend rate adjustment to that - not just erase it.

I had this typed out and was going to submit it, but found and voted on your request.. I feel that this is critical.
Pricing Period should give the option to apply “Week End Rate Adjustment” and “Only Check In on” options that are in the main settings. It’s painful having to manually apply these settings to every date after applying Pricing Periods. We use these Pricing Periods to price our seasons as well as holidays…

Yes this! Or just allow the Weekend adjustments on the Property page that is already there still apply when using they pricing periods instead of overriding those weekend increases

Hi Robert! Thanks for your idea. We will consider this improvement next time we work on the Pricing page.
Right now, when you edit the Pricing Periods, the rates will override your base prices and apply the same for the whole period. You'll need to manually edit the weekends for those time ranges.
