Implement Airbnb Resolution Center API
I'd like to receive all financial updates on Airbnb bookings from the Airbnb Resolutions Center on the order in Hostfully so financials can be in synch for bookings and reporting.
Problem Statement:
Right now, if a guest is refunded or funds are collected from a guest using the Airbnb resolution center, then Hostfully does not receive that information for updating bookings and therefore Reporting. This causes a gap in reporting and makes it hard to reconcile.

I can see this item has been marked as completed, however there is still a gap in how these amounts are structured for accurate reporting and external integrations.
We need the ability to split these transactions into separate, configurable line items so they map correctly when integrating with trust accounting platforms such as VR Trust, and so reporting within Hostfully remains accurate and transparent.
Examples of required line items include:
Airbnb resolution – manager revenue
Airbnb resolution – owner revenue
Airbnb resolution – split revenue
It is also important to have flexibility around whether additional fees are included or excluded before or after these allocations are applied.
This level of granularity supports compliant trust accounting, reduces the need for manual adjustments, and improves financial clarity for professional property managers operating in regulated jurisdictions such as Queensland, Australia.
______
Problem:
Airbnb resolution amounts are currently recorded as a single transaction, without the ability to separate owner and manager allocations.Impact:
This creates incorrect mappings when integrating with trust accounting systems, leads to manual workarounds, and increases compliance risk and reporting errors.Solution:
Allow resolution transactions to be broken into configurable line items, with clear designation as owner revenue, manager revenue, or split allocations, and control over how related fees are applied. -
