Support line breaks (spacing) in SMS messages

As a PM I would like to have my text messages separated by “returns” on the keyboard. Right now, I can enter returns in SMS templates, but when I click save then the system deletes them and make it difficult for guests to read my SMS messages.

    This appears to not be working as expected. When I add line breaks in an SMS template, the breaks are not recognized and send without any breaks.

    I think this is broken, I am trying to set up a new one now and it is not working. My tests are send with no line breaks

    I think this is a function of the template system. all messages are treated as HTML. Agree if its an SMS template it shouldn't be an HTML template which later gets stripped to just text.
