Pre arrival form should allow editing of Airbnb guest email
Pre arrival form should not pre-fill guest email ID. This is most likely the Airbnb ID and then guests don't enter their own non-Airbnb ID. This defeats the purpose of asking guest to enter their email for direct booking.

@steph - can you walk through exactly what you did please. I do not see that the email field was added to the form that would then subsequently overwrite the useless Airbnb email. Thanka

It's crucial we have a direct email and the correct phone number to communicate with the guest.

This is absolutely critical for developing more direct bookings and return guests. It is a basic marketing need and Airbnb has thrown a wrench into it so we need to create a workaround.

For Airbnb ideally the Airbnb anonymized email would move to the secondary email slot and the preferred guest email n the primary slot so it's used for future automated (and manual) messaging.

I agree. I would like this to be automated

I want information derived from my pre-arrival form to go directly into their contact information. It seems to work for VRBO or direct bookings, but not Airbnb. I have to input this in manually, and I would like it to be automated.

In our view, it's pretty confusing why this does not already happen; especially since the address in the client data field is what gets synced to mailchimp and other systems. Could someone on the dev team explain why there is a non-editable email field and and editable one that does not connect to the pre-arrival form?

Since Airbnb doesn't share guest email addresses, it would be nice if the data collected on the pre-arrival form could populate into the guest (client) data page.
