Ability to send Airbnb messages as coming from PM or owner
I want the messages from PMP to Airbnb guests to look like they are coming from my company, not from the owner account.
At the moment, messages sent from PMP are always shown as they're from Airbnb owner account,.
This feature is now released to production.

yes, this makes no sense. the whole point of a PMS is for co-hosts to manage multiple properties. Of course the airbnb listing is in the owner's name. They have actually made me the host, not just the co-host. The listing says it's hosted by me. Guests address me by name when messaging. yet when I reply thru hostfully it comes from the Owner's name. makes zero sense. so for one of my listings I have to remember to leave hostfully and reply from airbnb. so now I'm paying hostfully to make my job harder. when I respond from airbnb it comes from me. whatever account you are logged into is where the message comes from. so this is a failure on hostfully's part.

This is critical. The messaging from Hostfully should come from whatever team member is logged into Hostfully to send the message. And from triggered messages, it should come from the Hostfully settings at connection of the Airbnb channel. We should be able to select the Host or co-host responsible for that property, regardless of the owner of the Airbnb account.

PM is listed as the primary host on an account, should their name appear in messages to guests? Bayside Hospitality Solutions is primary host/co-host on several listings. The messages she sends via HF appear to be coming from the owners, but when she sends messages via Airbnb, her name appears.
Is this expected behavior?

I remember this used to be a setting in the airbnb channel manager. but it's not there, I presume this could be because airbnb doesn't really want to support the co-host feature anymore. it's there, but they want people using their new management team feature which doesn't have this support.

Every time my wife (co-host) messages a guest, it's sent as me (the main owner). She'd love to be able to respond to an Airbnb guest as herself!

Because some property managers are not the OWNERS of the listing, it is misleading when we are working on managing and respond to guests but it’s the owner name that shows up and not the person managing or handling the account.
Every message we send without Hostfully shows the owners name as though the message is coming from them - but it is NOT.
The owners have asked why we aren’t getting the credit or using our name when responding to my guests and I told them your program doesn’t have that option. -

It would be nice to have the option. Sometimes the preference is for the owner account to show, and some would prefer the agency name to show.
