Trigger for not completing payment or pre-arrival forms
It would be great to have complex trigger options for "not" completing pre-arrival form or rental agreement.
Also to have the actions "not" sending check-in instructions if they don't complete them.
I have a hard time remembering to constantly check my pipeline to see if people haven't paid. It would be nice to know there was a safety net in place in case I don't catch it. And if you dont send them their check-in instructions, they will most definitely give you what you need.

This is just one example of a condition, but triggering conditions should support both "positive" and "negative" scenarios. For instance, triggering a form when "pre-arrival details NOT received" 3 days prior to check-in. I've seen this functionality in other channel managers, and it's very convenient. A basic use case like sending a reminder because pre-arrival hasn't been completed is incredibly useful. Thanks!

RIGHT!!!!!! Hard to believe this is was missed at the launch of Hostfully. One of the most critical sides to hosting/managing really.

This would be a very critical improvement for our processes. We would like to withhold check-in information until a guest has signed the pre-arrival form. Many other PMS offer this functionality

I need the trigger condition of "if the rental agreement is NOT signed" to resend it, in the case where the booking is outside of the direct booking site (otherwise, the rental agreement has to be signed before proceeding to book).

This would be a wonderful addition. As of right now, I have one property that I need this form filled out for. I don't send check in instructions until I get the form. it would also be nice to be able to send them a reminder to fill out the form (instead of just not sending the check in instructions)

For now, our trigger hasn't supported the condition of "Pre-arrival form not submitted" yet. Hence if we want to follow up with the guests, you can only monitor from Pipeline to see if it's submitted or not. We'd love to have such condition in triggers to automate the process.

I understand that there is a way to manually check if the form has been completed and send a reminder to a guest but this goes against the idea of automation :-) We really need to remind guests to complete the form if they have not and also prompt our team to contact the guest if it has not been completed by check-in. Thank you!!
