  2. It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!

  3. The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

    What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?

    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  10. Currently customized template HTML tags are being removed when sent through the mobile app.

  11. We can see for when the automated refund for security deposit it's schedule in the PMP on the view order option. But this information is not shown in the mobile app when checking the order transactions.

  12. There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."

    Note that you can now schedule automated refunds from the Hostfully platform, so this makes manual refunds less valuable.

  17. On mobile app, it doesn't appear you can alter the "only check in on" days like you can on desktop. It would be good to have this possibility like under the property page, main settings.

  19. Hyperlinks are shown as full URLs in the mobile app inbox only and not in the PMP's inbox.
    Support hyperlinks and be able to click on the URLs and not have them shown as plain text.

  20. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?
