Reservation Updates DATA
It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.
(i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)
Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

Improve Owners display on the Owners page
I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

Update check-in/check-out time in PMS when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out via Guidebook Marketplace
Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

Rental Agreement
Possibility to send the rental agreement for direct bookings. Now we have to edit the path to send the agreement. Should have an easier way to do so.

Add a way to comp a guest some or all of a booking, with a trackable record
There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.
It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.
I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.

Access and edit guest reservations from "Guest Profile"
Hostfully currently has a Guest list, but it is hidden deep in the UI.
Within the guest's "Guest Information" page you are able to see a history of their reservations (Guest Booking History)
However, you are not able to access a reservation from the Guest record or make any changes to their bookings.
If the reservation records show in this page preformed like the pipeline records, this currently useless feature would become an extremely valuable tool, of particular help with guests with multiple bookings.

Improve notes feature on reservations - Timestamps, saving notes to guest profile
At present, the reservation notes feature is extremely limited in Hostfully. Here are a couple of things that would greatly improve this feature from a UX standpoint.
Timestamping/logging notes - Currently notes are simply typed into an active text box in the reservation popup (under the "Internal Guest Notes Tab). These notes do not include a record who who made them or when, and are are easily changed/deleted, without any record of the change being made. More control over calendar scroll bar
Currently when using the calendar scroll bar, if you move the bar a little too much the calendar skips several months.
Trying to scroll back over the past month places you 3 or 4 months back. It is too sensitive.

link owners to their properties
In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.

Improve cleaner assignment
Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. This would allow our cleaners and maintenance personnel to see exactly what rooms are turning over that day so they can get to work without…

Make jobs show up within the export calendar iCal feeds, similar to how bookings show up
I'm hoping to be able to use an external service like ResortCleaning which will read the Hostfully iCal but right now jobs aren't showing up within the iCal export.

Increase character limits on departure items in guidebook
For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

More flexibility in defining Pre-Arrival Forms
Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…2 votes -
Ability for Property Managers to see the full list of jobs for each Service Provider
We would like to see Service Providers' jobs list in one place similar to how they would see it under their own portal. Basically, we want to go to one place to see the full list of jobs each provider has assigned to them rather than looking on the calendar where you only see a blue circle and have to click on each one to see who is assigned to what that day.

The grey small font is so hard to read! I need to have my browser on 150% zoom to see it!!
2 votesWe are adjusting the font as we revamp pages. You'll see easier to read font on pages like the inbox, property list, dashboard and pipeline. We'll keep doing this on each new page we work on!

Let hosts subscribe to Hostfully updates
The product release notes are already published on Hostfully's website, so it seems like it should be easy to set up a subscription button that pushes update notifications out as soon as they're posted.

Thanks, we are fixing this as we redo pages. On future pages, you'll see a nice new breadcrumbs menu that will make navigation much easier.
