Pre Arrival Form info exported to enhanced reports
Hi, you should let add info from the pre arrival forms to the enhanced reports. In my case, the Colombian government make us have a registration card for each reservation so the info I need from guests, can be add to the pre arrival form and then to the reports.
The passport number CANNOT be added to the enhanced logistics report because is not available.

You can now do this in Enhanced Reports.
- Select Logistics Reports
- Under Pre-Arrival Form Report, select Run
- See the report in the table below, provided in multiple formats.
Note that the report will obviously only show information for guests who filled out the form. Note also, that for Airbnb bookings, not all guest information is provided by Airbnb and most cells will be empty.

This is a pretty critical feature for our business, both from a government compliance perspective (as we have to be able to provide guest name, phone number, and email should the public health department require it) as well as for marketing and guest satisfaction (as we ask for details in the pre-arrival form that help us to surprise human and canine guests with special gifts & other things to commemorate a special event).

Our guests' emails via the Pre-Arrival form. We can not be download the email information via any enhanced reporting feature. For marketing purposes, it is important to be able to collect and download emails so that we can further grow our business.

In Lithuania, the government requires this data, so we have to provide it manually. This makes our work very difficult, because for each order and each Propertys we have to enter it manually.

Hi Hanni, May I know more details of the information that you need in the report? For now, you can get your passport number in the Logistic report of the normal Report. Does it work for you?
