  4. As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.

    "Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section

    So they should be separated.

  5. As a PM, I would like to be able to block dates on all the OTAs except the direct booking site.

    The ability to customize the availability on different channels should be possible.

    This is a feature we have been planning to support for a while. We'll keep you posted as the analysis for it moves along.

  6. I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
    And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%

    Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

  9. When a guest requests to alter their Airbnb stay, the notification only goes through Airbnb. I'm a co-host and have several other Airbnb accounts connected to my Hostfully account. When guests request an alteration, I don’t get any notification of that.

    I would like for Hostfully to provide notification for me so I can approve/decline Airbnb guests for an altered stay.

  12. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  15. I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.

    Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
    How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.

    Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

  16. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

    Thank you for suggesting. We highly suggest that you reach out to Riparide and ask them to integrate with Hostfully using our open API.

  19. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

  20. Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.
