  1. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  5. I had a great conversation with Vrbo yesterday and it came to our notice that Hostfully is not current on Vrbo's amenties.

    Many of the basic amenties, such as toilet paper, blender, dishwasher, etc, etc, are not checked off. When I checked under the Property Amenties tab, those only have Airbnb's icon next to them.
    How quickly can Hostfully resolve this issue as guest will not want to book if they think basics are not supplied.

    Also, Vrbo has Bathroom specifics (does the bathroom have a tub, shower only, etc) but I cannot see this in Hostfully's Property's. All I…

  6. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

    Thank you for suggesting. We highly suggest that you reach out to Riparide and ask them to integrate with Hostfully using our open API.

  8. Any time we make changes in Hostfully, we are reactivating a snoozed or unlisted listing. If I'm trying to work out my pricing and it's too low or change my house rules to address some kind of problem with a past guest, I'll snooze or unlist on Airbnb (my only channel). However, if I change even the description in Hostfully, this reactivates my listing on Airbnb without notifying me. It would be great if Hostfully could send a notification or have a pop up reminder, maybe when before you hit the Save button on the edit screens for the listing.

  10. the client feels the holidays periods are where they can make the most money. they want to restrict guests from booking and then changing there minds. However they want to be flexible during the other periods so therefore want a cancelation to be strict during holiday busy times and flexible during all other timers.

  11. Allow you to set Booking Windows for different Channels - I.E. 3 Months for Airbnb - 6 Months for VRBO - Unlimited for Hostfully.

    This will allow users to drive traffic to their most preferred channel

  12. Given the property has 2 descriptions and it's currently synced only English, that causes its invisibility in Dutch / French search ranking.

    I'd suggest to sync multi language to Google. That'd help with better search position.

  13. Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.

    The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

  15. As a PM, I would like the note that contains the Hostfully UID to be removed from the Airbnb calendar when the reservation/block is cancelled or removed so that the calendar on Airbnb is clear.

    From the attached screenshot, the open date has the note Block uid=…., which is confusing. It makes me think that the date is not available while it is.

  16. As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.

  19. When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

  20. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully.
