  2. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

  4. As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

  6. I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

  10. We use Zapier integration to pull all booking data. Everything comes through perfectly, however, "Order Order Fees" which pull all other fees are being listed all together and being pulled with text. That is to say, you cannot pull the data with ONLY the fees and also cannot have them broken out by fee. This is a bug challenge when dealing with dozens of properties and bookings. I have to parse that data manually.

    What would be ideal is is every fee is its own variable that can be pulled from the system.

  11. If a hostfully guidebook is being whitelisted with a custom URL it should be fully whitelisted. Meaning removing any hostfully wording in the guidebook including the about host fully button in the bottom left corner and account icon in the top right corner.

  12. Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)

  13. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
    If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…

  14. There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.

    It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.

    I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.

  15. Currently hired our web developer to build out our direct booking website. The only option where I can have them access the Direct Booking Website setting and White Labelling settings are if I assign them to Manager...

    However, it does not feel right that the only way to provide access is to give as much access and responsibility as we do for them to only access what they need.

  17. On my direct marketing I want to include a promo code but I don't want to allow certain dates to be booked with this code i.e. peak times.

    It would be great if I could select one or more date groups to exclude.

  18. Currently it appears that there is no way to access a log of change made to a reservation.

    So if the reservation's dates are changed, lodgings are changed, a manual payment is recorded, or someone erroneously edits a price, there appears to be no way to see when or by whom the change was made.

    Even the transaction log is pretty sparse on information.

    This makes tracing reservation issues and holding your staff accountable for errors impossible.

  19. At present, the reservation notes feature is extremely limited in Hostfully. Here are a couple of things that would greatly improve this feature from a UX standpoint.

    Timestamping/logging notes - Currently notes are simply typed into an active text box in the reservation popup (under the "Internal Guest Notes Tab). These notes do not include a record who who made them or when, and are are easily changed/deleted, without any record of the change being made.   20. Hostfully currently has a Guest list, but it is hidden deep in the UI.

    Within the guest's "Guest Information" page you are able to see a history of their reservations (Guest Booking History)

    However, you are not able to access a reservation from the Guest record or make any changes to their bookings.

    If the reservation records show in this page preformed like the pipeline records, this currently useless feature would become an extremely valuable tool, of particular help with guests with multiple bookings.
