  1. Currently, the default language is US English therefore the AI Bot answers using US spellings. This then shows our guest that we are using a Bot to answer.
    It would be great to have the option of UK English as a language option.

  2. Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.

    Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface.   4. I would like to have the message with early checkin request from Booking.com guests showing up in Hostfully inbox so I can manage them in one place. Currently, it shows in Booking.com inbox, but Hostfully inbox.

    There is an original message from the guest, and that does not appear in the Inbox. It seems like it may be related to a special request (about an early check in)

    "I'd like to request check-in at x - x (checkin date). Is it ok?"

  6. When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

  7. At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

  9. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

  10. At the moment, it's not possible to download the conversation on Inbox.

    We'd love to have this option to download conversation and resertvation details incase of dispute, this would be very helpful specially for direct booknig since we use hostfully as our messaging platform for direct booking

  11. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

    The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

    Customizable Timeframes:
    Users should be able to customize the reminder timeframe to suit their needs (e.g., 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours).

  12. At the moment, [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$] and [$TRANSACTIONID$] only work in the system template "Transaction paid in full" automatically sent by the system. If I resend this template from Inbox or use these variables in custom templates, they won't populate.

  17. For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp

    And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems

  18. When sending texts along with a pic to an Airbnb guest, it shows an error "Internal server error". We'd have to contact support to find out it's not possible to send pics along with texts. It'd be easier for us to troubleshoot when there's a more detailed error messaging showing, as "Internal server error" might be confusing and cause some misunderstanding.

  19. It looks like we had an Airbnb message that may have errored because the word "google" was in the message and it was not yet a confirmed reservation. The error message would be more helpful if it describes what the problem is.

  20. it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message
