There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. The trigger event: Booking Inquiry, should only trigger when there's an inquiry.Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking. I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. Option to prevent certain triggers to fire for returning guestsWe have several return guests and I do not want them to have to fill out the pre arrival form and rental conditions every time they book. However, I do still want them to receive every other trigger that we have created for their stay. SMS notification capability for UPDATED reservationHi Hostfully. I recently noticed a need for the function of being able to send SMS triggers to cleaners to notify them of a reservation date change update. New booking trigger and cancelled booking triggers have been working great but cleaners won't be notified when guests change their travel dates. In this case, the original booking isn't cancelled but just updated to a different date. So it would be great if you could add original/old check-in/-out dates variables on trigger templates so cleaner can receive a message like "unit 2. original date may 3- may 6. new date may 4… 8 votes

Custom Data - VariablesCurrently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property. 7 votes
