Have ability to view activities of blocks created/deleted on Calendar
I want to be able to see who/when the blocks were created or deleted by in the UI.

why it shows up as the owners and not us sending the chanell messages as soon as you are able to
PM is listed as the primary host on an account, should their name appear in messages to guests? Bayside Hospitality Solutions is primary host/co-host on several listings. The messages she sends via HF appear to be coming from the owners, but when she sends messages via Airbnb, her name appears.
Is this expected behavior?

Adding a management fee to a listing that it will not appear on the owner statement and be deducted from the nightly rate before appearing o
When I add the cleaning fee as a management fee- the guest does not see this fee in the booking quote when searching for a stay. The management fee is evenly spread across the nightly fee to give a total. This makes it more appealing for bookings. The reason I want the management fee to be taken out of the nightly rate for the owner's report is because that is how my cleaning fee is taken out of the nightly rate in the formula for my property owner statement

Allow $0 AND NEGATIVE owner adjustments
We enter adjustments that are $0 but now can't.
Sometimes we log repairs that we've done for free just to reinforce the value of hiring us, that there are extras that we do that owners don't have to hire a handyman for. For owners that think self managing is easier, this is a way for us to convey that.
We also sometimes log $0 as a placeholder so we don't forget to add something and then go back and update later. Lastly, it's another way if we have petty cash for a particular house to log those charges against that…

Owner adjustment table should include "Notes" (and maybe allow selecting columns)
Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.
We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

Guidebook variable
It would be great to have variables collecting information from the splash screen feature. This way introduction messages can be personalized for all guests based on the information they provide, this would make the guidebook personalized for everybody and not only for guests with secure links (ie. instead of the introduction saying "Hey there" could say "Hey Marcos" based on the first name they provide on the splash screen)

Initial Fields Within the Rental Conditions
Add the ability for guest's to have to sign or initial the rental conditions within the document (such as if you have a specific section you want them to note), not just the overall document.
And/Or the ability to add multiple required signed forms such as adding a liability form for kayaks/bikes/etc.

Show time with date in Guest History
In the CRM feature where I can look at a guest profile, in the Guest History section, please add a time stamp next to the date. When we have guests submit multiple quote requests on our website, it’s helpful to be able to see which order they came through so that I know which is most recent.

Temporarily disable email on guest profile
Add a Don’t Email check box on a customer profile that would prevent them from getting messages. This could be very helpful when doing admin changes on a booking and you don’t want it to trigger emails.

Add a promo code when sending a quote
Ability to add a promo code on the pop up where I’m sending a quote to a guest. Otherwise I just have to manually modify my rate and doesn’t allow us to track promo utilization. And if I add it as a line item then it's a post-tax deduction which means the guest isn’t getting charged properly (and doesn’t reflect the correct nightly rate in analytics either).

Discount Codes should be editable
Discount codes - such as for a rolling last minute discount - should be editable. It's a pain to have to delete and recreate them constantly.

Variable Data Support for "Discount Code" Used Inside Inquiry / Booking form on the Direct Hostfully Booking Site
We're using the discount code option of the direct booking site with all of our direct bookings. We have several discount codes out in the marketplace that we give to our partners for their members to use to book a stay at our properties. We would like to be able to track each Guest's booking back to the partner organization they came from, which we can not do currently. We could easily accomplish this if the "Discount Code" entered during check out was included with each Guests Booking Profile and available as a variable data report for us to drop…

Pay utilities bill automatically through Hostfully
I want to be able to pay utilities every month automatically through Hostfully. For one house, I have to pay 2 bills on a monthly basis, i.e electricity and internet). I want to control when it is paid and also edit the card details on the monthly payment. I want to connect the DEWA and etisalat accounts to Hostfully for monthly payments (these are the 2 firms to which I make utility payments)

Increase Agency logo size allowance to be at least 80x300px
The issue is the dimension requirements of the logo. The dimensions are so small that the logo looks pixelated on high resolution screens (i.e. any modern phone or laptop).
I want to upload the larger logo in Agency settings page so it can looks more transparent in high-resolution desktop

Billing information
As a paying customer I need to have the information about my subscription charges, I need to understand when is the subscription expiring, what is my balance and how much extra I am paying for adding the properties. By not having a transparent information and not having access to it, I don't have trust to the platform, it is difficult to plan and budget my expenses. It benefits both users and platform to have transparency and

Notes Field under discount codes
As a property manager, it is really important to have a field that allows me to keep notes related to the specific discounts that were provided. They could vary in duration, could specify why the discount was given, and who it was for, or who authorized it.
