Ability to customize booking link
We want the ability to change the title heading of our booking link to the company name instead of our Listing title.
I was thinking it would be consistent with our brand. We are regularly updating our title on Airbnb depending on season, upcoming events in the area, and to help with Airbnb algorithm.
I think it would help with consistency for guests of having the exact name of the company/cabin they are booking with. When they pay, and the brand name is at the top, there will be no confusion or inconsistencies.

Extra Guest Fee Per Stay/Reservation for all channels
The way it works for us, is that we have an extra bed for a 3rd guest, with an additional set of sheets and towels. Nothing else changes. So if they stay for a few day with 3 guests instead of 2, I do not need to charge for an extra every night, but just an additional cleaning/laundry fee.
If there would be a way to setup a fee so that it is triggered by number of guests, your fee would work. But currently it seems to be only for nightly on the main page.1 vote -

Just a simple print listing with the information. No pics needed.
A simple "print listing" with the listing info to have in your hand as you recheck listings or want a hard copy to file or give out. I know the last part is old school. Some of us just like it that way...

Pricing Periods are not working as one in this industry would expect.
After going through this, I believe that this is a bug. I have brought this to Hostfully’s attention in the past, but I don’t feel like they truly understand what is going on here. It’s a bit hard to explain, but I feel that the images show the problem than the explanation.
Pricing Periods date selections need to match every industry standard when selecting date ranges – Our industry works on “nights booked” and “nights selected”. Management of room inventory
The Room inventory feature will allow users to manage multiple units in the same building. Imagine you manage 40 equal design units in the same building like us and you need to create and manage the same 40 separate listing in all platforms. And this feature will allow hostfully to expand their business to small hotel´s managers too.

Would like to see Wagon added as property type
We have a number of covered wagons available for guests to stay in. It would be nice to have a property type added for "Covered Wagon." Tipi, Yurt, and Igloo already exist in the system. "Wagon" would cover both western style covered wagons, as well as Gypsy style wooden wagons.

Custom nightly minimums per OTA
VRBO will not advertise my listings in Arizona unless they have a 2-night minimum. I want to be able to change the minimum to 2 nights ONLY on VRBO, but keep a 1-night minimum on other sites.
