  3. Good morning,
    I would like to do 3 calendars in one property. As hotels do. Because I have 3 similar properties at the same building, once I have 3 different advertisements, I would like to have 1 advertisement only, but 3 calendars

    It's because The guest will stop to ask with it is the same property because they look the same. It would show less opportunities in the area and the guest would think fast to book the property.

  4. Be able to customize the percent taken at reservation, or allow percentages in increments of 5s instead of only 10s. Some clients like to take 25% at booking.

  5. HomeToGo, when it comes to creating bookings, HomeToGo creates leads using POST v1/leads.

    You can see all three fees in the quote as they are all mandatory (Optional: No).

    The logic of creating orders is that we take all mandatory fees and apply them to HomeToGo order.

    Adding a "Fee: Apply to HomeToGo" option in the Fees setting is needed so other channels' fees would not be added to HomeToGo.

  6. I would like to have the option to add a flat fee for a certain number of nights, then have an add-on fee for any additional nights after that.

    We require guests to use Safely for an insurance policy when they stay, but Safely's policy is priced based on the number of nights. We have a flat rate for up to 3 nights then there's a per-night fee after that.

  7. When you update the price for the range beyond the booking window, the 2 boxes to prevent check-in & checkout are ticked. But when the date opens up, or when you extend the booking window, the dates stay prevented for check-in & checkout.

    What this does is cause us to not be able to adjust dates ahead of the booking window. We have to wait for the booking window to open and then adjust dates at that time

  9. It would be helpful if each Pricing Period had a different color on the Pricing Periods tab (under Agency Settings). Right now, it just shows one color (I assume it's the color of the person who entered the Pricing Period info).

    Also, it would be nice if you were able to see the details of the Pricing Period (such as name/date) when you mouseover the date on the calendar in Pricing Periods.

    As a side note, I found and reported a glitch where if you delete a Pricing Period you may not be able to create a new one that…

  10. Currently our emails sent to guests list the Company name in big bold letters for example "!@#$.LLC" instead of listing the home they booked.

    This is confusing to the guest and they suspect that it is spam. The emails are disregarded. All email interactions with guests should list the Booked home name.
    So top of the email should list your "Home booked"... not the LLC that the home is under.

  11. Change the minimum stay settings on the property so that when this is updated, the calendar gets automatically updated to these new minimums for the future. The one condition should be that any manually set minimums that are greater than the new minimum stay setting should not be updated, but otherwise they should be.

    I've had a couple situations where I updated the minimum stay on a property from 2 nights to 3 nights, but we still had 2 night bookings come in because I hadn't manually gone into the calendar and updated the minimum stays for future dates.

  12. Add Accessibilities feature from Airbnb into Hostfully so it can be directly edited from Hostfully without the need to disconnect Airbnb from Hostfully, to then be able to edit this section on Airbnb, and then have to reconnect Airbnb and Hostfully and losing all the reporting and historal reservations data for that listing in the process.

  13. Add an agency-wide setting for booking 'lead time' so that it is easier to change this depending on business level, time of year, etc. Sometimes I want to encourage last-minute bookings, other times I don't.

  17. We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?

    This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

  18. Currently, the Room Type field defaults to Apartment, because it is the first in the list. However, to select an apartment type for the Booking.com Room Name field, you must toggle OFF the Room Type: Apartment, then toggle back to it, in order for the booking.com Room Name dropdown to populate with Apartment options.

    Can Room Type Apartment just have the Apartment options without toggling off?
    OR, leave that field blank and force one to select so it will populate that applicable Booking.com Room Names as applicable?

  19. If you click on the gear icon and delete a parent property, it will delete all the children. A warning pop up box may help people avoid this mistake. And include a note to unlink the children first, unless they do want to delete the parent and all the children.
