Guest email addresses in emails
With the new inbox we are getting replies from guests coming to our actual email account (ie: gmail or google) which is great as we were missing guests replies when they were coming into the inbox. However if I wish to reply to the guest from my email account not the inbox their address is not their just platform@hostfully. Is there any way to have their actual email address added as well (for non Airbnb guests - as I understand Airbnb have dedicated emails)

Inbox default to show all messages, not just relevant ones
I think in order to not miss messages from past guests, the default on the inbox screen should be to "all" or at least an option to choose our own default view, so if you want to see "all" it isn't a manual process.

Add which agent sent a message to the guest
Under each agent message it shows " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am"
It would be very useful to have the agent listed here too. e.g. " Sent via Email April 02 2022, 10:30 am by <agent>"
It will make it easier to track agent responses in the booking thread

Autosave draft
As a VRM I would like Inbox to save a copy of my draft messages so that I can come back and finish the message later.
Current message disappeared if I went to check another message halfway.

Make it possible to forward/email responses from specific channels
Use Case
I want to receive emails for every new guest message that comes through our direct booking site, but I do not want to receive messages for Airbnb (or Vrbo, if that is ever added in the future). I use Hospitable for Airbnb and Vrbo messages, so I do not need to also receive those messages via Hostfully emails.It would be possible to create a hack that gets the desired end result using Gmail filters, except that right now the template variables [$LEADSOURCE$] [$LEADCHANNEL$] don't even work, so there is no way to add a field…

Load more Leads in the Inbox when scrolling down
We have many messages come in per hour, but there are only so many Leads/messages displayed on the page at a time. It would be good to be able to see more Leads/messages load as the page is scrolled so I can see more past messages in case I need to reference one of them.

Should have messages scroll separately from the list of messages.
Another very helpful thing would be to have the messages scroll separately from the list of messages. Just like they do in the Airbnb message system.
