Show Arrival/departure time (Stay details) in the lead information in inbox page
Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.
It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.

Allow to have sound notification for inbox tab
On web browsers, It's difficult for us to keep up with new messages since we don't get notified when we receive them. It would be helpful if we could get a sound or push notification even to aware about the message.

When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template.
When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

Apologize for my frustration, but owners need some kind of notification if messages don’t go out. The message wouldn’t be sent if it wasn’t important, so please let owners know your system is not working so they can resend. Thank you

Select the most recent reservation to send messages to Vrbo Inbox for returning guests
it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

Allow user to make multiple selections per Inbox filter
We have different departments that handle guest messages at different points in time throughout a guests' "stay". For example:
- Reservation Specialist handles messages and booking modifications prior to a guests' stay.
- House Manager handles messages from guests in-stay
- Vacation Designer handles messages from booked guests and in-stay guestsThe inbox should allow the user to make multiple selections in the status and channel filters so that they can focus on the messages that apply to their work. These filters should save until the user changes them (use "apply filter" and "clear filter" logic, similar to the calendar)

Keep old Vrbo thread even changing email address
At the moment, for Vrbo bookings, when changing the email address, it generates a brand new thread without any past conversations, making it hard to track past information. We'd like to keep the old Vrbo thread on Hostfully inbox, even when the guest email was changed

Add a new "contact" filter in Inbox page
Currently, the Property managers (PM) can see all conversations: PM <> Guest, PM <> Owner, PM <> Service Provider.

Inbox Easier View / Navigation
Inbox > Toggle guest names on left - when you reach the bottom of the list - you need to scroll up to check the messages.
My suggestion is - that the list of guest names should have a separate column for browsing up and down and not the page itself. This will give the user an easier view of the new messages or the topmost messages of each guest

Please summarize each guest's message in a list similar to Airbnb's message inbox so it's easy to see multiple guests' message summaries. (rather than display just the last guest's message).

Separate Inbox thread per booking for guests with multiple bookings
At the moment, Hostfully Inbox doesn't separate the guest thread per booking: it remains a continuous history of messages between guest and agency no matter how many bookings the guest has with your properties.
I want only corresponding messages associated with a booking to show up when selecting a booking on the right "booking selector" of Inbox.

Populate [$TRANSACTION_AMOUNT$] &[$TRANSACTION_ID$] when templates are sent from Inbox
At the moment, [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$] and [$TRANSACTIONID$] only work in the system template "Transaction paid in full" automatically sent by the system. If I resend this template from Inbox or use these variables in custom templates, they won't populate.

Ability to add a chatbot to inbox
Ability to add a chatbot that would intercept messages from guest and offer them immediate responses to their inquires 24 hours a day which would vastly increase customer service and response time taking pressure off the host to be under the gun responding to guest.

I want to pre-approve Vrbo inquiries, similar to what it works for Airbnb's.
