Booking Report showing owner blocks
I need to be able to produce a report for owners/on-site managers that shows all bookings as well as holds and blocked dates. Current report doesn’t show holds or blocked dates. On sites need to see dates owners have blocked etc...

For each property you can get the number of agency blocks vs owner blocks and get the occupancy rate.

Send or resend messages from the Pipeline
Would like an area on the pipeline, Gives us a way to send or resend "Pre-arrival" "check-In Info" and " Cxl Booking" Is there a way we can add Resend or send a Rental agreement?
I under stand that the Airbnb rental agreements cant be sent out and have to be sent to Hostfully to send out.
This can create a problem if is missed by one our agents.
Just like the option to send the rental agreements or resend from the pipe line area.5 votes -
Ability to record refund in Hostfully when using Vacation Rent Payment (VRP)
I just started using VacationRentPayment. To cancel a reservation, I cancel the the reservation within Hostfully and then
issue the refund within the VacationRentPayment
platform, since I can't do that within Hostfully the way I can with Stripe. At that point, I need a way to be able to record that refund (or other payment) within Hostfully so that all the reports are accurate.7 votesYou can now use Order Adjustments for this.

Owner blocks should be recognized as a reservation
Right now owner blocks do not appear in Breezeway at all--the dates look like they are not being used by anyone. If Breezeway recognized owner blocks I could set up cleanings to automatically schedule after an owner stay, and my housekeepers would know they need to complete the cleaning prior to the owner arrival in a timely way.
It's because the owner blocks are just blocks, not reservations from which other integration software can pull the information.

Automatically Refund the Security Deposit
A "Refund Days" setting of X day to automatically refund the security deposti. The agent would see an alert in the pipeline and system email that an auto refund is set to occur in X days. The agent would have the options to: deny the auto refund, change the refund amount along with a note to the guest, approve and note to the guest, or ignore.

One-time use discount codes
Please allow the option to make one-time use discount codes. This means that it is a specific code that only can be used one time by one person. For instance if you want to give someone a special discount code that you don't want them sharing with all their friends or the whole internet. It is used once and can't be used again.

allow cancellation policies to be edited PER PROPERTY, as well as per platform (on vrbo)
This IS possible on Airbnb, but currently on Vrbo you have to set the same cancellation policy across the board on all properties.

Make assigning leads and reservations optional instead of a requirement
Remove the requirement to assign reservations to different people on the team. We know assigning users to each booking is useful to some, but this is a bit annoying for us as everyone on our team should have access to all

Owner expenses too limited!
Currently you can only post expenses to the owners net pay calculations. However, I have expenses that need to come out of the gross before the PM % and Owner % are calculated. It would be nice to have the option to apply the expense to the Gross, PM%, or Owner%.
ALSO, currently the fees for Airbnb are NOT BEING CALCULATED in the reporting features! This is huge cost to my business because without that fee coming out of the gross income amount, I as the PM am being stuck with the expense! And there is no way to see…

Opt-out of lead assignment
As an agency, you can choose to opt-out of lead assignments.

Allow System and Custom Templates to be sent Manually.
I saw that there was a similar request which was marked completed because SOME messages can be RESENT from the Message Log.
However, I would like to be able to send Templates manually INITIALLY.

Provide a way to "REQUIRE" Upload a government-approved identification
There should be a way to require/not require the Upload a government-approved identification (especialy if the guest is booking directly with me through Hostfully/Orbirental and not outside channels). This is optional to our guests. This is not optional for me as a host as if I need to take legal action, I don't have proof that the person is who they say they are when it comes to the rental agreement.
This would help "automate" the whole process (the main reason I am using software to aid in the creation of these bookings).29 votes -
Create a list view of jobs and their acceptance status, sort able by creation date and job date
Currently, if you create 2 jobs on the same date, there is no way to find the 2nd job. Only one job shows up on the date in the calendar view and there is no list view.
Also, something indicating job status (accepted or pending) on the calendar view would be awesome. Thanks
13 votesThis is now in production: when 2 or more jobs are falling on the same day, the tooltip will indicate how many jobs are overlapping, and a click on the job dot will open a modal where you can select the job you need to view/edit.

Only show service providers the properties they have been assigned on the multi-cal.
Would be great if service providers were only shown the properties they had been assigned by the agency on the multi-cal view on their account. We'd rather they didn't see every property and it makes it easier for them to quickly see at a glance the calendars for all the properties they manage.

Improve booking financials in Owners Portal
Owners often want to know financial information about bookings on demand. I am requesting an additional toggle on/off setting in the Owner tab of the Property page so agencies can choose whether this information shows on the Owners Portal calendar or not.

Remove the commission fee from our Custom Fees
We charge an admin fee. AirBnB and other Channels treat that as a fee to the property manager and keep it separated in the reports.
However, in Hostfully reports, the Admin fee is added to the rental amount, and then the commission splits are taken from the Rental Amounts+Admin fees. The owner's are not entitled to any of the Admin fee.
