Please have the feature of multi-room booking so that my guests can book multiple rooms at once on the checkout.

Customized Roles for Team Members
Would be wonderful to be able to edit and customize access for team members, currently you can only set:
Manager - Full access
Booking agent - pipeline, calendar...
Property sales manager - property and owner creation
Associate - view mode onlyHaving customized access could give more control over who can access certain properties / features.

Reservation Updates DATA
It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.
(i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)
Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

Two factor authentication and user level log
I would like Hostfully to have two factor authentication to enhance my account security. Also, I want to have access to user level log so I could see the IP addresses that logged in and what exactly they clicked on in case the account is hacked.

Rental agreement should be automatically updated when a reservation is modified
When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:
1/ New check-in and check-out dates
2/ New total of nights

Add more information in the confirmation email of service purchases
As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

Option to switch between Gmail and other type of email in Email settings
For now, when selecting to use Gmail in Email Settings, I'm not able to switch it back to the other types of email.

Booking Window shorter than 1 month
Enable a booking window shorter than 1 month. I have a listing that I offer as a full house in advance, then if I have availability, I open up as a duplex to have 2 smaller listings. But I prefer for preference to go to the larger house.

Show all Owners under Owners Tab
I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

Change Log / Record of changes for reservations
Currently it appears that there is no way to access a log of change made to a reservation.
So if the reservation's dates are changed, lodgings are changed, a manual payment is recorded, or someone erroneously edits a price, there appears to be no way to see when or by whom the change was made.
Even the transaction log is pretty sparse on information.
This makes tracing reservation issues and holding your staff accountable for errors impossible.

Ability to remove Third Party agency directly from the PMP
Right now, to remove a Third party agency from the PMP, PM need to make a request and it needs to be escalated. PM would like the ability to remove the Third party directly from the PMP (for example, with a delete option)

Capture pre-arrival form email address for main Airbnb guest
I want information derived from my pre-arrival form to go directly into their contact information. It seems to work for VRBO or direct bookings, but not Airbnb. I have to input this in manually, and I would like it to be automated.

Promo Codes
On my direct marketing I want to include a promo code but I don't want to allow certain dates to be booked with this code i.e. peak times.
It would be great if I could select one or more date groups to exclude.

Allow discount codes to be editable and be able to create excluded dates within them.
Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.
It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…4 votes -
Add a way to comp a guest some or all of a booking, with a trackable record
There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.
It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.
I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.

Promo Code vs. Discount Code
Please change the name to help all owners! Discount code gives guests the idea that they should get a discount no matter what. Promo code gives guests the idea that there must be a promotion going on and they either qualify for it or not based on being a previous guest, time of year, special event, etc. They also are more understanding if there isn't a code available. Please vote! :)

Update check-in/check-out time in PMS when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out via Guidebook Marketplace
Currently, when a guest purchases early check-in or late check-out from my Guidebook Marketplace, it requires me to manually go into that guest's reservation and adjust their check-in/check-out time. It'd be nice if the Guidebook and PMS were automated so that the check-in/check-out time on the PMS side would update automatically after the purchase on Marketplace.

Ability to set a rate multiplier for leads
Stripe applies the 3.9% payment processing fee to the entire booking - rent + fees + taxes and the rate multiplier only applies 3.9% to the rent. Therefore I'm incurring a loss and I'd like the percentage to be applied to the entire booking for the guests to incur that fee rather than myself the property manager and the owner.
