Show discounts on quotes as negative line items
When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).
On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

Pipeline - Status selector for Payment Due and No Pre-Arrival Form
Have a status drop down choice added in the Pipeline to filter guest with payments due and guests that have not submitted their Pre-Arrival Form

Able to close hold expired leads
Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Hide Rate multiplier on lead detail
The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
I want to have the option to hide it.

Rebook option should be applicable for all lead statuses and all channels. Currently it's only available for archived direct bookings.

Order statement variable
bring the real information, not the total order amount. If the guest already paid something to be discount. I wish it could be automatic. Show a real statement, without have to include an extra line. What I understand is that, each time I need to send a statement to a Guest, I should include an extra line.

Sort Guests Alphabetically
Currently Hostfully aggregates a database of all guests, however the UX of this feature leaves a lot to be desired.
Not only is the guest list hard to find, (you have to navigate to the pipeline then click “See all customers”), but guests are sorted alphabetically by first name (last would make more sense) and within the letter categories, the individual names seem to be in no discernible order.
This could be a very valuable tool for rebooking guests, and looking up reservations especially if combined with the auto-saving notes from the guests booking and the ability to access reservations…

Upload documents into Lead Model in Stay Details tab
I would like to be able to upload documents into the guest record, preferably in Stay Details. I currently keep these in my Google Drive, but I would prefer to have everything in Hostfully.

Filter by reservation tag in Pipeline
Use the "Add tag" feature to add tags that can then be used to filter the Pipeline. I.e. "Return Guest"

Ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually
At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.
Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

Leads to automatically expire and close after a certain amount of time
Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

Email
Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

See cancellation date and time on the lead modal
How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

send pre-approval quotes through hostfully.
we would appreciate it if we could send pre-approval quotes through hostfully. The vrbo algorithm gives you boosts when you pre-approve renters so having the feature is not only convenient for the renter but also helps promote our listings in the long run.

inquiry airbnb delete
Airbnb inquiries remain in the pipeline and can not be deleted. I would like the ability to delete them as they clutter the inbox. It skews agency stats/metrics

Display rate multiplier in order details
Rate multiplier amount should appear in Lead modal to avoid confusion. I have cases where total rent is less than Rent amount because of rate multiplier of -25%

Do not modify prices when Adjusting lead orders
It would be logical if and when a customer is making changes to their reservation, but when a Property Manager is making changes, on the back end, surely there should be prompts asking the editor if they wish to keep existing order and payment detail or adjust order detail to the changed property rate and/or dates? This seems logical to me. If you have multiple leads adjusting reservations for unforeseen circumstances and no warning prompt appears to the property manager when making changes, accounting's books would be a disaster.

Have Rental agreement signed more than once
At the moment, the rental agreement can only be signed once. We need to send the rental agreement to both the owner and the guest, and have both signatures.
