Import Airbnb messages from secondary guest to Hostfully Inbox
At the moment, only messages from the primary guest on Airbnb appear in Hostfully Inbox. I want messages from the secondary guest to appear as well.

I'd like to be able to add other guest emails to the inbox for all channel bookings please.

This has caused some major issues when things come up during a guest stay that are not communicated by the primary guest, therefore we get no notification or message receipt. This has led to a couple of bad reviews and experiences for guests.

We just lost $1600 and got a 3 star review because of this. The guest complaint about something we didn't see it. They immediately escalated the case to Airbnb support, which again WE DO NOT RECEIVE their messages and they refunded $1600 to the guest.

We just got an overall 4 star review and a 3 star on communication because of this!! We didn't see two messages from a secondary guest because they didn't import to hostfully, which hurt us. We are always on point with our communication, so things like this cannot happen!

This is causing issues and is not allowing us to have a real time inbox. You should be able to do this considering you claim to be a Full API integration program. This has effected our customer service and Super host status. Please Add ASAP

We are missing revenue opportunities because we are not seeing invited guests communication. This doesn't see like Hostfully's claim of having full API integration is any longer accurate.

This is a huge missing feature. We recently missed several messages from an invited guest in Airbnb as they were the one doing most of the communications for the group that rented... and since none showed up in Hostfully inbox, we missed them. Ty for looking to add this feature!

It is super important in our team as we are mostly relying on Hostfully inbox. So whenever a secondary guest reaches out to us, we run the risk of dismissing the message.

This should apply for Co-host accounts as well. We have 6 co-host accounts and our messages sent on co-host aribnb account does not sync to hostfully, causes duplication errors and double handling
