  4. I want to allow uploads of government ID files in PDF form in our Pre-arrival Form. It'd be great to display supported file types next to the upload field so that guests are aware of what can be uploaded. Currently, PDF files are not supported.

  6. As a Property Manager, I would like to get as much information as possible about the SMS/Email notification upon receiving a new message. It would be better to know which guest [$GUESTNAME$] is sending the message, from which channel [$LEADCHANNEL$]/which property [$PROPERTYINTERNALNAME$].

    At the moment, only these 2 variables work for trigger event “New Message in Inbox” because the message is thread-oriented. I want more variables to work with this event.

  9. At the moment, it's not possible to set a trigger condition to send automatic message whenever there's a query from a certain period of time, saying that no one is available to answer query for example.

    It'd be nice if we can set auto message when we set "away".

  11. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  15. We are looking to send messages to our current guests when there are additional nights available at the property they are staying at. In order to automate this process we would need a trigger that sends the message 1 day before check out if the property is available for the guest to extend their stay.

  16. The internal thumbnail image shows up on the Available Property List, but not the quote or alternative properties messages. It would be great to have those thumbnail images appear in the other messages as well. Or, have those as variables that can be added to messages!
