At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.

  4. We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week.   5. In Hostfully I created titles in English and French. But in BDC, they are only displayed in english regardless of the language I selected in BDC. This is a problem because we lose visibility by our french speaking audience.

    Therefor, I would prefer the internal property name to be displayed in BDC. Also, this would make it easier to find the property in the BDC extranet group page.

  7. the client feels the holidays periods are where they can make the most money. they want to restrict guests from booking and then changing there minds. However they want to be flexible during the other periods so therefore want a cancelation to be strict during holiday busy times and flexible during all other timers.

  9. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

  11. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  12. It's confusing when it comes to the payment by Booking.com option as it's unclear about the requirement and timeline.

    Therefore, it would be helpful if Hostfully makes a Deal with booking that all their customers are offered the payments by booking option. As they say now I must wait for an invite. But it doesn't say when the invite will come

  13. Add "Custom" cancellation policy as an option for VRBO. Custom cancellation policy would allow us to withhold payment processing fees for cancellations. Without this, we don't have a way to withhold payment processing fees and must refund them.

  14. Under Properties > Photo tab, I want to assign multiple photos to specific rooms so that when guests click on the main photo for the "Where You'll Sleep" section on Airbnb, they'll be taken to a page with all the photos relating to that room.

  16. When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

  18. When hostfully is integrated with VRBO, the listing description is all out of order. The notes section is at the top, which should be at the bottom like Airbnb. Several fields, are noted through the listing description in a weird order without a headline and it doesn't make any sense. The fields for the neighborhood, interaction, access and transit are described throughout the VRBO listing with no headline and in a very weird order. Those fields should only communicate with Airbnb, since there is no equivalent for VRBO. It creates a very confusing VRBO listing.

  19. Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.

    The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.

  20. When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that
